Ch. 20 - Dilemma

Y/N's P.O.V. 

Y/N was now laying down in bed with Soobin. His heart feeling still feeling heavy, and confused. He knew very well Jungkook was no good, but he didn't understand why his heart kept aching for him, wanting to be held by him, kiss him, wanting to make him to feel better. His heart was aching for Jungkook, but his mind was telling him to stay with Soobin. 

"You okay?" Soobin asked Y/N quietly while playing with his hair

"Y-Yeah, just a bit of a headache" Y/N lied, feeling bad for technically now using Soobin to try to cover up his own emotions. 

As soon as he answered, he heard the 'ding' from his phone. His immediate reaction was to pick it up, but Soobin picked up the phone instead. He saw him unlock the phone, and read the message, quickly putting the phone down. "Who was it ?" Y/N asked 

"No one important" Soobin answered calmly, but it was obvious he was lying 

"You sure?" Y/N questioned the leader 

"Yeah, just worry about getting better now" Soobin smiled as he continued to cuddle with Y/N. 

Y/N let out a sigh and trusted him, however he had a gut feeling that the message was actually quite important. He decided to check it out once Soobin fell asleep. 

A few hours had passed by, and Y/N slowly woke up from his nap. Thankfully Soobin was still asleep, so he quickly reached out for his phone and grabbed it. He checked the time quickly seeing it was now almost 4PM. "Jeez, time goes by quickly when you are sick" Y/N mumbles to himself as he unlocks the phone, quickly going t his messages, seeing there was one from Jungkook. He slowly started to read it 

"This is how it ends, never meant to hurt you" Y/N mumbled that out loud, he could feel his heart quickly drop to his stomach. With every word he read, he could feel his heart break a little. Each word was like a little stab at his heart. By the time he was done reading, he let out a small sob. He was so much more confused now, he was about to lose Jungkook, but he was also scared of losing Jungkook. He just began to cry more, out of frustration with his own self. How can someone be as indecisive as he is, as selfish as he is being right now. 

He quickly grabbed a change of clothes, and changed, leaving the dorms for the day. He wanted to be alone to try to figure out how he felt. As he was walking out of the dorms his phone went off again, there was an article about Jungkook.

'Did BTS's Jungkook and TxT's Y/N break up?' alongside a picture of a tweet 

Y/N's eyes widened at the content. He could feel a knot forming in his throat again. He decided to lock his phone, and left the dorms. 

No One's P.O.V. 

Jungkook was heartbroken, and it was obvious to everyone in the dorms. Specially after that tweet he sent out. The boys, except for Jimin and Taehyung, were trying to figure out a way to help him feel better. 

"Maybe we should take him out ?" Hoseok asked

"Where? He has been crying non stop since eleven, he doesn't look good to go out" Jin explained 

Namjoon sighed "Well, first we need to get these three to talk" Namjoon spoke up while looking up at Jimin and Taehyung 

"Why?I have nothing to say to him?" Taehyung snapped back 

"We are a family, and I know you have a past, but it's obvious he has changed, and grown. You don't need to forgive him right away, but at least talk to him and hash this out" Namjoon sounded more stern now, almost like a father

Both Jimin and Taehyung looked at each other, knowing that they might have held onto this grudge for far too long. "Fine, but don't expect us to act like best friends after this" Jimin explained before getting up, and following Taehyung. They both looked at each other, they both were nervous. Taehyung took a deep breath before knocking on the door, only to get no response 

"Kook, we want to talk... let's end this stupid fight we have" Taehyung spoke through the door 

"I know you are hurting, but we can't help unless we talk" Jimin added, but still no answer 

"Fine if you are going to be this way, we'll just walk in anyways" Taehyung yelled through the door, before opening the door, and walking in with Jimin 

They both were not surprised to see the younger sitting on his bed crying while hugging his knees "He doesn't love me...." Jungkook began to cry as he looked at his friends. 

Jungkook's P.O.V. 

Jungkook didn't want to be seen like this. He had finally stopped crying, but he knew the moment he saw his friends he would start crying. So he didn't answer when he heard the knocks, but the moment he heard the door opening, he broke again. Tears just began to stream down his face. He quickly hugged his knees in order to hide his face, but it was in vain. It was obvious to him that Taehyung and Jimin could see through his attempt. 

"He doesn't love me..." Jungkook bagn to cry. He could feel all his emotions come out more as his cries quickly turned to sobs, and his body began to shake. As he cried, he felt arms around him. It was Taehyung and Jimin hugging him, and so he began to cry more.

"We are sorry we hold onto this grudge for so long, I should've talked to you sooner" Taehyung apologized 

"Yes, we should've been more understanding of the situation" Jimin smiled as he hugged his friend 

Soon the three of them just spent the rest of the day talking. Making sure there was no unresolved feelings between the three of them. Soon enough it was now nighttime, almost 9PM. The three of them were not playing videogames, when Namjoon ran into the room 

"Have any of you guys have heard anything from Y/N? He has been gone since the morning and no one knows where he is" Namjoon asked worriedly 

Jungkook immidiately stood up and quickly changed "I'll go look for him" He said before anyone had a chance to answer. He quickly rushed downstairs, putting on his shoes and opening the door, only to be hugged. He blinked a few times only to see that the person hugging him was Y/N. 

"I choose you" Y/N mumbled as he hugged Jungkook tighter
