Witch or Human?

Entry 5

Okay, so...today was traumatizing.

I was walking to school, like I always do, and then a stranger approached me.

"Do you want some candy?" the stranger asked.

"No, I'm sorry but I don't accept candy from strangers." I replied apprehensively.

"Well, I'm not a stranger. you know me..." he added.

"Y-you know me?!" I gasped.

Okay, but seriously. I'm pretty sure I that I had NEVER met this man before.

Then, he tried to push the candy into my mouth. I realized that the candy must have had poison in it. So, I took a scissor out from my bag and pointed it towards him.

And then I screamed, "Help me!!!"

Lauren was passing by when he heard me yelling. He ran towards us and...he had his elder brother with him who looked pretty tough. Well, the stranger ran away like a huge coward.

Thank god, Lauren actually heard me screaming. Otherwise today would have been the last day of my very short life. I'm only fourteen!!

But the thing that is bugging me the most is, who is he and does he really know me? Why did he want to kill me?

"Are you okay?" Lauren asked.
"I-I don't know..." I replied nervously while scratching my chin.

He offered me to go to school with him from now on and....I agreed!

He seems like a pretty shy person to me. Who knew that he has a good heart?

Anyways, I think I want to be friends with him after all.

When we got to school, I told a girl all about and I guess word spread pretty fast because after an hour, everyone was gossiping about it.

A lot of girls actually came and hugged me like I won the lottery or something. Something tells me that Lauren was weirded out too.

I don't have friends at the moment. The only person who is close to being my friend is probably Lauren Jenkins...

Instead of locking myself in the bathroom, I decided to ask Lauren to sit next to me in the Cafeteria. This is how, my friend, you make a friend.

Of course, Lauren agreed and I smiled like an idiot the whole time and he was creeped out...

We had a decent conversation about art and video games. He even has a sense of humor!
