Beomgyu can't stay still. Ryujin hasn't reply to his messages or answer his calls all day. He has no clue what she's doing or where she is. Suddenly his phone rang and a message came in. He quickly took his phone and hoping it's Ryujin. He sighed. 'I thought it was Ryujin'. He opened the message.

He remembered that he asked Yeonjun to visit Yeji earlier. Although he knew that he'll dead if Minhyun find out about it, what's wrong with a friend meeting his friend right? Or to be exact, his love? Because Beomgyu knew, how Yeonjun was whipped towards Yeji before and he just doesn't show it. Besides him, no one knows about Yeonjun's true feeling towards Yeji.

He was about to reply Yeonjun's message with some nice words when a bad feeling suddenly hits him. He had enough. He grabbed his keys and hoodie. He walked down the downstairs and completely ignore his stepmother. "Where are you going, Beomgyu?"

He quickly start his car and drove off from the garage. He started sweating even though he turned on the AC. 'Something's wrong'.

Ryujin stares at the floor blankly. She was bawling hard that make her eyes swell. Her hair is messy and she just went bare face. She's waiting in front of the operation theatre, hopeless. No one's with her. She doesn't even get to bring her phone.

Her grandmother fainted this morning at their house after coughing blood. Her grandmother wasn't sick because of specific disease or anything. She's just too old.

She automatically stood up when she saw a doctor coming out from the operation theatre. Her eyes got teary and she quickly walked to the doctor. She gave the doctor the 'how's her?' look. Her eyes just won't stop letting out tears fall.

The doctor look at her painfully and clear his throat. "I'm very sorry. We tried our best. Unfortunately, she didn't make it". Ryujin fall to her knees and started crying.

A nurse came and comforted her. But Ryujin didn't stop but crying even harder. Her breath is getting heavier and she fainted

Ryujin opened hey eyes closely. 'this isn't my bedroom'. She thought to herself. She was hoping that it was a dream. She turns her head when she felt something near her arm. It's Beomgyu, resting his head on Ryujin's bed and sleeping. Ryujin try gather her strength to sit. Beomgyu wakes up when Ryujin's move.

"Are you okay?", Beomgyu helped her sit down. After remembering what happened, Ryujin started crying again. It wasn't a dream after all. "No.... ", she replied. She got so tired with crying that she can't even wipe her tears.

Beomgyu knew that she's going through a hard time after what happened to her late grandmother. His father acquaintance that worked in that hospital called him after he recognized Ryujin as his friends. The doctor told him everything starting from Ryujin's grandmother sickness until Ryujin fainted.

He hugged her and patted her back softly. Ryujin rested her head on Beomgyu's chest while crying. Beomgyu just let her be because he understand the pain she's going through. Just like when he lost his mom. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I wasn't there with you".

Beomgyu helped her grab some tissue and wiped her tears. He also fixed her messy hair. When he saw Ryujin is calming down, he grabbed a plastic bag from the convenient store and smile.

"I bought some bread for you. You must be hungry ,you haven't eat yet right?". Ryujin nodded and take a bread. She tore it into pieces and eat it. She noticed that she got some blue ink on her right thumb.

"What's this?", Beomgyu just shrugged, didn't suspect anything so Ryujin just continue eating.

A nurse came in and greeted both of them. "Miss Ryujin? How are you feeling?".

"I'm quite good now", Ryujin answer weakly. She's actually not that good, but she just can't stand staying at hospital too long. The nurse gave them a smile. "That's so good to hear. You'll be discharge tomorrow morning since it's already late now. Is it okay for you?".

Ryujin nodded. The nurse bow and walked out from the room. "Ah, and your aunt visited you an hour before", said the nurse before she close the door. Ryujin's eyebrows crossed. "My aunt?"

Ryujin keep lost in her thoughts since both of them won't start a conversation. So Beomgyu try to ease her heart a little bit. "Later if you feel better, I'll bring you attend grandma's funeral tomorrow. And then I'll send you home. Okay?".

Ryujin nodded and mouthed 'thank you' to him.

"We arrived", Beomgyu unbuckled his seatbelt. He noticed that Ryujin still in her thoughts while staring at the road. "Ryujin?", he called her but she remains like that. Beomgyu opened his door and walked to Ryujin's side.

He opened the door and Ryujin looked at her, with her glassy eyes. Beomgyu smiled and handed his hand. "We're here". Ryujin stares at it a few second before accepting it and went outside.

Her eyes were drifted at her things that were put in front of the gate. Both of them looked confused. She squats and checked it.

"This is my stuff ". Ryujin ring the bell but no one answered. She run to the gate, but it's locked. She shake it. Beomgyu stopped her from doing that. "Hey what's happening?".

Ryujin didn't answer when she saw a woman walking out from her house. She then shake the gate again. "Open this! What are you doing in my house?!". The woman rushed to her when she's starting a scene. "Be quiet!You're so loud!".

As the woman got closer, Ryujin finally recognized her. "Aunt Semi?". She started to sense something. "Open this! Why aren't you letting me in?!".

Aunt Semi crossed her arm. "Because this is not your house". Ryujin froze. "What?! This is her house! She live here with her grandmother!", Beomgyu stood up for her.

"Well, it's no longer yours. It's legally mine", Aunt Semi said arrogantly. Ryujin got confused when Aunt Semi showed her a letter. "Look, you sign it yourself". She noticed the blue thumbprint which is hers. That explained while she got a blu stained on her thumb.

"No! You did that! I'll never give grandma's house to anyone!", her blood is boiling when her aunt just shrugged. She can't hold it and grabbed a luggage and throw it at the gate. "Open this!".

Ryujin's body started acting on it's own. She started throwing bags to the gate. Beomgyu try stopping her but she won't stop. Aunt Semi got panicked and run inside and take the keys.

"It's grandma's house! Let me in!", Ryujin started crying again. Beomgyu hold her arms. "Ryujin stop! You're hurting yourself".

"No Beom! My grandma's stuff is there. This whole place keep our memories together. I can't leave it!", Ryujin look at him with her painful, teary eyes. She lived with her grandmother there for a long time and now someone kicked her out from her own house.

Aunt Semi walked out from her house and unlocked the door. Ryujin run towards the gate but her aunt pushed her away. Ryujin tried to get in again but her aunt pushed and this time, slapped her hard until she fell down.

Aunt Semi's husband run outside and grabbed his wife's arm. Beomgyu looked at her. "Maam, please stop", Beomgyu said politely while holding his anger.

Aunt Semi throw a photo frame to the ground near Ryujin. Her eyes were burning up. "Get out from here and don't ever think to come again!". She stomped her foot before locking the gate and walked inside her house.

Ryujin took the photo frame while crying. The glass that was holding the picture was already crashed into pieces. She looked at the frame. It's her and grandmother's picture.
