Dixie POV

Taylor handed me a bunch of tissue that she got from the bathroom and I take them and smile. She sat down next to me on the floor.
"I'm not going to ask you if you are okay cause it obvious you aren't" I nod my head and blow my nose.
"But do you want to explain to me what happened?"
"Yeah" I say. She leans on her elbow and faces me like a little child about to be told a story.

"I tried phoning Addison a million times yesterday but she didn't answer me at all. Then when I was at lunch I saw her and Bryce kissing....and I don't know what to do" I hug my legs and sigh.
"So you wanted to be more then friends with her?" I look at her.
"Of course I did" she nods her head.
"I figured you wanted to be more then friends" I look down and sniff.

"Look Dixie loves a big bitch especially when the person you like or love isn't yours, but look I still think you should talk to her. Maybe she just got with Bryce to make you jealous" I look back at Taylor and sigh.
"So I must tell her how I feel?" She nods her head.
"Hiding the truth only makes things worse and if you could ever have a future with her you have to tell her how you feel. Even if she doesn't feel the same, which is totally her lost" I smile and that's when the door opens to the art room.

One of the math teachers looks at us.
"Can't you see I'm talking to a student about private matters?!" Taylor shouted at him. He quickly stumbled.
"I'm sorry"
"Get out!" She shouted and he nodded his head quickly.
"Yes ma'am"
"Hurry up!" She shouts and he stumbles again as he quickly closes the door.

"That piece of old shit" I look at Taylor with my mouth on the floor.
"Taylor you just terrified that poor man" she shrugs her shoulders.
"He will get over it" I laugh and look back at her.
"You laugh like a Guinea pig" she says.
"Taylor!" I shout and she just shrugs her shoulders.
"What someone had to tell you?" I laugh even harder and she laughs with me.

"Do you feel better now?" I nod my head.
"Yes thank you" the bell rings and Taylor sighs before getting up. I get up with her as we walk towards the door.
"I'll take your advice and talk to her" she smiles at me. Just as I was about to walk out I looked at her.
"Thank you"
"You welcome" she says and I sigh.

"You just might be my best friend" I say and she raises an eyebrow at me.
"Nah that's sad your friends with teacher" I shove her slightly and she laughs.
"Shut up" she smiles at me.
"Your my best friend too, now get out of classroom" I nod my head.
"Yes ma'am"
"Don't get cocky" I laugh and walk out. I head up the stairs with a smile on my face. No more hiding I have to tell Addison what I feel.

Addison POV

I quickly rush out of maths but I was to slow and Dixie caught up to me.
"Addison" she asks softly and I sigh turning around.
"Can we please talk?" I look into her eyes and my heart begins to race.
"About what?" I ask and she looks down at the ground.
"Please Addison I'm begging you" my heart leaps and all I wanted to do was wrap my arms around her and tell her it's going to be okay.

I can't keep doing this.
"Okay" she looks up and stares at me with wide eyes.
"Lets go to my place" I say turning around and walking. She catches up to me and falls into step next to me. I side eye her and fight the urge to smile. We head out of school.
"I didn't bring my car" I say and Dixie chuckles.
"It's okay we can take mine" I nod my head as we head towards her car. She looks at me and hands me her keys.

"Be careful with my baby" I smile and shake my head.
"Of course" she smiles at me and walks around the car and hops into the passengers seat. I get in her car and start it up. I pull out of the parking lot and drive off. We stay quiet the whole time until we reach my house.
"Nice house" she says getting out. I get out and lock the car handing Dixie her keys. We walk towards the door and I unlock it and Dixie follows me in.
