This can't be happening

Addison POV

Fuck. There stood my parents and I let go of Dixie's hand and she moves away from the bed. My mom looked at me and then at Dixie.
"Addison are you okay?" My mom asked with concern as my parents walk towards us.
"I'm okay" I say and look at my dad. They both looked so worried.
"We got a phone call from the hospital and we were so worried that something might of happened to you" my dad says.

"We were so scared of losing you" my mom says and I look at her.
"And now you know what it feels like, that's what I feel when you want to take Dixie away from me" I say coldly at my mom and she looks down.
"I'm sorry Addison, I was being unfair and I didn't get to hear you out. It's just I'm scared for you Addison. There's some horrible people out there"
"I don't care about them mom, as long as I have Dixie by my side I don't care what they think. I love her and that's the only thing that matters" I say and I see my dad smiling a little.

"All I ever wanted was your support" I say and she nods her head.
"I know and I was a selfish monster that hurt my daughter and was the reason for all of this happened, I'm so sorry Addison" I softened.
"Mom I'm not saying what you did was right but I don't think you're a monster, I think you just need to understand how much I care about Dixie" my mom nods her head.

"I really do love your daughter ma'am" Dixie says and for a moment I forgot that she was still in the room. All eyes were on her but she didn't stand down.
"I'm sorry to interrupt but I just wanted you to know how much I care for your daughter. She has been there for me every single day and made me feel so loved and wanted. You see my sister is sick and Addisons been the only one that made me happy and it's been so long since I was truly happy but with her I am. I can't live without her, I can't even imagine my life without her. I love her so much so please" I started crying at Dixie's words. I know she's not comfortable with telling people about her sister.

She looks at me and I could see that she was crying. 
"I'm not going to stand in the way of you guys being happy" my mom says and I look at her.
"Addison I'm so sorry for everything I see now how much she loves you and I see how much you love her. Please forgive me" I look at Dixie and she nods her head.
"I do forgive you mom but I'll never forget" she smiles and leans down to pull me into a hug.

I hug her tight until I feel my dad wraps his arms around me.
"Dixie come on" my dad says and I look at Dixie who came towards us and joined the hug. I was so happy that I didn't care about my hand. This was the moment I wanted. We all pull apart and I look at Dixie who takes my hand and smiles at me.
"We did it" I say and she laughs and nods her head.
"Yes we did Addy...yes we did"

Time skip (a few days later)...

Dixie POV

I was beyond happy. Everything was just amazing and perfect and I couldn't contain my happiness. I walk into the room to see Taylor and my heart stopped. She's back!
"Taylor!" I shout and she turns around and smiles big at me.
"I'm back bitch" I run into her arms and hug her tight. She had a broken arm but still managed to hug me.

"Are you feeling better?" I ask and she smiles big.
"Yes I am, my arm hurts but it's better than a broken leg" I smile and nod my head.
"True, so anything new?" I say and she blushes.
"Taylor?" I say and she looks away.
"I'm engaged" I hang my mouth open. No fucking way!
"But I thought you didn't want to get married?" I say and she looks back at me.

"I didn't but when it was Maddison's and I anniversary I realized that I love madi so much and I don't want to ever leave her side. I want to be with her until the day I die. So I asked her to marry me and she said yes" I smile big and hug her again.
"I'm so happy for you Taylor that's amazing!" I say and she laughs.
"Thank you and hey?"
"Yes?" I say frowning and she smiles big.
