Date: June 29, 2015, 6:32 P.M.I raised my head, flinching from the soreness of having it hung for a long (I'm assuming) amount of time.
"Hello?" I called out. The last thing I remember was something sharp jabbing into my neck, and I passed out.
I tried to move my arms, only to realize I was tied down to a chair. I activated One For All, attempting to break out of the bonds, when I heard a gruff voice aimed in my direction.
"Well hello, there," I heard from the other side of the room. I whipped my head around, searching in the direction of the voice. I heard a low chuckle from the direction before I saw Dabi emerge from a slightly shadowy corner. I scoffed at the unoriginal entrance before remembering where in was.
"Yay! He's finally awake!" I heard a high pitched voice speak from the same place Dabi emerged. A blond girl with 2 buns in a sailor a outfit bounced out from behind Dabi, bonding a knife. "We almost thought you were dead! You were out for a while," She told me.
I visibly recoiled at the sight of the blade, and she only giggled at my reluctance to be near the weapon.
"Where am I?" I asked, slight panic spewing into my voice, "Why am I tied up? Why did you kidnap me?"
"Slow down with the questions, kid," Dabi responded, smirking at the sneer I gave him at his response, "We'll answer them soon enough."
"So," I heard a scratchy voice talk from the other side of the room. I turned again to see a man- the leader of the League Of Villains, my brain supplies- with light blue hair and disembodied hands all over his body. He stood in a door way that I'm positive was vacant when I lay looked at it, "This is the famous Midoriya Izuku," He stated obviously, and I felt my eyebrows pinch together in confusion. Famous? Does he have the wrong person?
"And this is the famous handy-man, I presume," I replied, instantly feeling fear seep into my veins at the enraged look the man gave me.
It happened so fast I didn't see it, but what I do know is that I ended up with Shigaraki's hand an inch away from my face and a flaming Dabi holding his arm back.
"Let me go, you patchwork piece of-!"
"You can't kill him, yet," Dabi cut him off, unfazed by the nickname, "You went through all this trouble to get him, you can't kill him just because he said something rude."
Shigaraki took a deep breath and Dabi hesitantly let his arm go. Shigaraki pulled back, albeit someone disgruntled, and took a seat on one of the bar stools at the front of the room.
Dabi turned to me, his calm expression immediately turning into one of anger as he started to berate me. "Watch it, kid. Don't go losing limbs just because you don't like where you are."
"At least answer me this," I started, disregarding his warning, "Why did you kidnap me?" I asked
"You aren't really in a place to be making demands-" Shigaraki started, only to be cut off by Dabi.
"-But we'll make an exception just this once. The answer is simple. We want you to join the league."
I scoffed, rolling my eyes. I looked up. They were serious. "And what makes you think that I'd ever say yes?" I asked, trying to shake off the shock that came with them asking me such a thing.
"The hero society and is full of bad heroes who don't care about anything but money and inflation of their ego," Shigaraki started, as though he's said this same speech a hundred times- come to think of it, he may have, "These gold-digging, fame-seeking appraised of the people only care about themselves, and only save-" he said the word as though he didn't believe the definition matched with what the heroes did, "-people for their own benefit. The hero society will keep getting worse and worse and there's no one to stop it but us."
"So," Dabi started, effectively stopping Shigaraki from going on an hour long rant about how heroes were frauds, "What do you say?"
"Please say yes, please say yes," Toga murmured in the corner, bouncing up and down on the balls of her feet.
I scoffed, "Are you insane?!" I asked, mildly offended.
They all stared at me, the expressions on their faces screaming the word 'duh'.
I shook my head, internally berating myself for asking such a stupid question, "That was a stupid question," I said in an undertone, "But my answer is obviously no!" I stated in a louder voice.
"Very, well," Shigaraki started, slowly sauntering toward me. None of the rest of the League moved to stop him. "We'll have to kill you."
