Text Set up ( Johnny Pov )

*ONE MONTH BEFORE ERIC'S VISIT*

I have to figure out a way for Hyun-Jin to start talking to me again. After her missing my performance I finally knew how much I broke her heart.  

I get on my Instagram and I saw that her brother followed me. I laughed and I private messaged him. 

"Long time no see. How are you?" 

"Hey! I'm doing well. I'm just kind of stressed out."

"Why."

"Well, I want to go into the military."

"That's exciting! Why are you so stressed?" 

"Well, my dad was killed in the military. My mom doesn't want me to go. I want to tell my mom and Hyun-Jin, but I don't know how they will react."

I felt his pain my parents didn't approve of me becoming a k-pop idol at first.  After some convincing, they agreed and I have never stopped thanking them. I know what to tell Eric

"Look, the only way that you are going to know anything is to tell them. I know that's hard, but it has to be done. Take it from me I'm experiencing what you are going through right now."

"What do you mean?"

I explained to him about how I messed up talking to Hyun-Jin and how not telling her only got her heart broke. 

"I haven't seen her in almost 10 years!"

"I'm going to pay for your ticket here. You have to try and talk to her for me. It will help you talk to her about you going into the military." 

"Sure, but I don't know Korean."

"I'll help you. Here is my number."

We exchanged numbers and I held online Korean lessons with one student. I taught him how Hyun-Jin taught me. It was hard at first trying to remember everything, and having nice weird conversations with her. 

*NIGHT BEFORE THE FLIGHT*

"So, did you get to tell your mom that you are going into the military?"

"I did, she was not happy at first, but I think she is slowly starting to accept it. Thank you so much for your help!"

"Well, the exciting stuff isn't over yet! You get to come here and see your sister and see the world. I'll pick you up at the airport I'll be wearing a black hoodie. Trust me I stick out like a sore thumb, you will see me right off."

"If you say so. I'm going to rest I'll see you tomorrow." 

I just really hope her seeing her brother takes some stress off of her. Maybe he will actually get to her.

"This is crazy Johnny! Do you really live like this? This is more lively than Chicago."

 "Yes, this is a fun lifestyle, and watch this."

I sang and every girl around stared screaming all at once. I start laughing and I run out of the door before the girls could find me.

"Did you really do that?"

"You didn't know Kai?"

"Shut up boys!"

"Slow down! I can't keep up!"

I ran faster, I really wanted him to see Huyn-Jin. "Remember you see her when you get done with your "exploring." got it?"
