-" What do you mean you kissed John B? Oh fuck, I knew it "- I said through the phone, shooked at what Kiara just told me.

- "I mean.. I don't know, we were both drunk, and we went for it, but it was a mistake, it felt really weird, like yeah he's kind of hot but he's like a brother to me, and I don't know I don't want things to get weird between us... " - She said, she sounded really worried.

- "Don't worry Kie, these things happen, alcohol is a bitch, but don't worry, it's gonna be fine, just go to John B's house and talk things through with him, see where you both stand and fix things, you've been good friends for a long time don't let a stupid drunk kiss fuck with your relationship with him" - I said trying to calm her down, shit I didn't see this coming like this.

- "You're right, I'm gonna go talk to him, I'm gonna take a shower and get dressed so I can go to his house. Thanks, Nat, you always know how to calm me down" - She said, she sounded more relaxed.

- "So.. guess you both aren't coming for the boat ride then. Call me when you talk to him so I know everything's fine okay? And if you need something call me I'll be right there as soon as possible. Love you bitch" - I said as I hung up.

I hoped Kie and John B figured things out, and they let the kiss go, if they didn't want it to go further of course, if they want to go further I'm all in for that, I think they're cute together, but I know John B is really important to Kie and I don't want anything to mess that friendship up. I was lost in my thoughts when my phone started vibrating.

- "Heyyy... you heard the news I suppose?" - I said as I looked at my phone ringing and seeing Pope calling me.

- "Yeah, so I guess the three of us are going on a boat ride? If you still up for that of course, I know you and JJ are not best friends" - Pope said at the other line laughing.

- "JJ is just an annoying person, he likes to annoy me and there's nothing that annoys him more than when I'm around you guys so, count me in!!" - I said and we both laughed.

- "Okay, we'll come to pick you up in an hour more or less okay? See you soon, bye!" - He said laughing and hung up the phone.

I headed upstairs to take a shower and get changed so I'm ready when the boys picked me up. I decided to grab my tiniest black bikini and put it on, I threw a t-shirt and some shorts and packed my backpack and I was ready to go. I heard a car outside, the boys must be here already.

- "Hello boys" - I said as I walked into the van, JJ was driving and Pope was at the back with me. -"How are you?"

- "Sooo... you heard the news right?" - JJ asked obviously referring to Kiara and John B's kiss.

-"Yeah, Kiara's probably in John's house talking about it right now, I hope they work things out, it's a silly kiss nothing to worry about" - I said

We changed subjects because the boys felt awkward talking about it I could feel it. We got out of the car and walked to the boat. Pope was driving it, so it left JJ and me alone at the front of the boat, I came here to get a tan so I removed my clothes and put them on my backpack. I noticed JJ looking at me.

- ¿You like the view? - I said arching an eyebrow and laughing

- "I'm just a boy, what can I say" - he said shrugging and we both laughed- "If you are going to walk over here with that tiny ass bikini what do you expect for me" - He said and I rolled my eyes.

- "Oh sure, I forgot you boys can't control your hormones" - I said and took a sit on the boat. He followed me and sit by my side.

- "I can't believe Kie and John B kissed" - He said, he sounded traumatized or something.

- "Oh my god, what's the big deal, we're teenagers, that's what teenagers do, they get drunk, they kiss each other and they forget about it in the morning, I don't know why this is such a big deal for all of you" - I said, I really didn't understand why are they so worried.

- "First, It's weird because they've best friends forever and that's just weird" - He said and I stopped him.

- "I'm really surprised that comes as a shock. Did you ever watch a chick flick? The best friend is almost 90% of the time the first kiss/boyfriend. I'm surprised none of you kissed Kiara ever, even in a game of spin the bottle or something like that" - I said.

- "Whatever you say, that's weird. And also we have a rule" - He said and stopped talking.

- "Okay, king of suspense, keep going" - I said laughing at him.

- "No pogue on pogue mackin' " - He said and I was confused.

- "What the fuck does no pogue on pogue mackin' mean? - I said

- "We can't date or kiss or shit like that with each other, it will end bad, what if they start dating and they break up, and the whole group goes to shit" - He said, he was concerned, they were talking serious business here. I started laughing.

- "Sorry, for laughing, but that's just what life is, maybe sometimes things work between two people, and sometimes they don't. If you're all really friends even if something like that happens, everything will be fine - I said.

- "Fine, I don't want to talk about it anymore, gonna go with Pope, see you in a bit." - He said abruptly and started walking towards pope.

- "Wait!" - I yelled and he stopped - "So that means I can do whatever I want, huh?" - I said and he looked like he didn't know what I was talking about.

- "I mean, I can do anything I want because that rule doesn't apply to me, does it? I'm a kook after all. " - I smiled and winked at him and went back to tanning. He was surprised.
