Author's note: (Y/Nn) is your nickname.
When Gintoki heard that word, finished convincing himself that really was her. How she survived? Why she didn't tell him in all these years? Thinking about these questions, he stood up and hit the girl's head with his fist. Surprised, (Y/n) looked at him with puppy eyes, pouting.
-Why did you hit me? It really hurt me- said the (H/c) girl, rubbing her head.
-Why I wouldn't!? You made me think all these years that you were dead and suddenly you appear as if nothing had happen, also making me think that you were a ghost and scaring me to shit- replied the samurai shaking the female with a exaggerated face.
-Why you thought that i was dead in the first place? There wasn't a corpse or something, so you shouldn't have guessed that- answered the girl with an irritated look, standing up to face him.
-I thought that because all the room was covered in blood, even your clothes, you damn stupid samurai attempt- shout Gintoki angrily.
In the meantime, Shinpachi and Kagura just looked at them, without understanding a thing. They've never seen their boss so pissed with someone just for something like that. It also seemed that Gin was annoyed in some other way than the usual, like mixing the feeling with concern and something deeper, like affection, just very very deep inside. Due to the strange escene, both kids stared at them, and after a while, Shinpachi interrupted the discussion.
-Er...(L/n)-san, I certainly don't understand what's happening between you two, but i can understand that Gin-san is angry with you because he thought you were dead, and you didn't tell him you were alive, so... why didn't you tell him before?- asked shyly the boy.
With this question the (H/c) sat down again, letting out a big sigh. When she raised his head, looked at the samurai with eyes full of regret.
-I'm sorry Gin, really I'm, but everything has an explanation- said the girl, looking to the floor, unable to hold Gintoki's gaze- You see, that day I narrowed saved my life and the others comrades injured in the room. I got pretty hurt anyway, cause I was the only one able to fight in that place of the base, and after the battle end, I ordered the others to escape. I dropped on the floor, exhausted, waiting for you four, hearing all the screams and fightings sounds, wishing you were safe and don't come back into a trap that was our base, when I lost consciousness- the girl said with her gaze lost in emptiness.
At this point the three Yorozuya were speechless, Kagura and Shinpachi just imagining the horror that (Y/n) had lived, and Gintoki remembering everything that happened that day. The sound of his sword colliding with another, the blood that filled the field like water, the evil gaze of the enemies when they felt the possibility of killing, the emptiness of losing everything... were not good memories, and they got worse imagining that (Y/n) had passed that.
-At some point I regained consciousness, just a little, feeling that someone carried me somewhere. I tried to talk and move, but I was too weak, and the person that took me in that horror left me in the floor, giving me some water, then I lost consciousness again- said the girl squeezing her yukata- The next time that I woke up, I was in an old dojo, where did my family live. They took care of me until I decided to look for you four here in Edo, since another important person lives here and told me that Kotarou is here- ended the girl, raising his eyes to look directly into Gintoki's red orbs.
-I thought that your family were dead since you were a kid- answered the silver haired man holding her gaze.
-So I, but they were alive, hiding from the Tendoushu. They told me they were looking for me long time before that day- said the (H/c) haired female with a slight smile.
Gintoki turned around, heading his steps to the window, lost in his thoughts, wondering why the family of (Y/n) were afraid from the Tendoushu, how they have known that she was in the base that day and how they saved her. After a few minutes of silence, he turned around to face the woman.
-Why didn't you write me or something telling me that you were alive?- asked the samurai, crossing his arms in his chest.
-I couldn't, I mean... Who would I direct it to? "Dear Sakata Gintoki" or "Dear Shiroyasha"? Both of those names were known by the government and those who were looking for you- answered the girl with a slight tone of despair in his voice.
The man just stared at her, with his eyebrows together, closing his eyes and leting out a sigh. It was (Y/n) after all, he could trust her.
-Ok, whatever, you're still a ghost for me- He said in a mocking tone.
(Y/n) looked at the samurai with a surprised face, just to change it to a playful one. Here he was, the man that she knows since her childhood, who taught her so much, who always toke care of her and protected her. It was the same as always. She stood up and hugged him.
-Oi annoying ghost, stop it! Ghosts don't do these things- said Gintoki with irritated voice, pushing her to release him.
In the meantime, Kagura and Shinpachi just were staring again at the duo. The aura had changed between them, now looking warmer, so they both smiled at each other. It was good to see him like this after all, mocking and playing with someone. At that very moment, (Y/n) was squeezing Gin's face with a hand as he kept pushing her, managing to get away from her, turning here around, in wich her gaze fell in the kid's eyes.
-I'm sorry for all this guys, Is there anything I can do to fix it?- asked the woman with a smile.
-¡BREAKFAST!- yelled Kagura longing for her food.
-¡KAGURA-CHAN!- screamed the boy with glasses, giving her a reproachful look- I'm sorry about that (L/n)-san, and it's ok, you don't need to do anything- He said bowing his head.
-It's okay, I love cooking, it's also my day off, so I'm free- replied (Y/n) with a great, sweet smile- I can also make some sweet things if you want- the girl added directing a wink to Gin.
Shinpachi was going to reproach, but his boss stopped him, saying that it was compensation for scaring him and other excuses. With this, the black haired boy and (Y/n) headed to the kitchen, making a fabulous breakfast, full of sweet things and delicious food. After a while, when the breakfast was ready, both of them placed the plates in the wooden table, calling the other two to eat. When Gin saw all the sweet things, his face lit up, starting to devour the plates, while Kagura did the same thing. (Y/n) couldn't contain a big smile, feeling her heart warmer. It was like the old days, like home. Smiling, she directed her chopsticks to the sweets.
-(Y/Nn), ghosts don't eat sweet things- said the silver haired samurai, putting the last sweet in his mouth.
Her smile turned into a pout, with teary eyes. Only when she thought of the phrase a surprised look, full of anger, flooded her face.
-¡STOP IT, I'M NOT A GHOST!- said the girl, throwing the chopsticks directly in his face.
He had called her (Y/Nn), like before. Another smile escaped through her lips, turning into laugh when the chopsticks hit Gintoki right between his eyes.
Growling and rubbing the struck area while the other three were laughing, a single phrase came up in his mind.
-Okaeri, (Y/Nn)-

So, what do you think? I made a fight cause I think that Gin isn't so good expressing himself, so, all his feelings would be expressed mixed.
I hope you enjoy it. Again, leave coments or advices.
