After the snowy day, the weather improved in Edo, giving them sunny days among some clouds. Since that day, (Y/n) had been unable to spend another day with the Yorozuya, busy with her work, the Shinsengumi, and the cold she caught in the snow.
She was looking forward to a day off to share it with them, as she enjoyed that time. However, there were many days left for her to rest with them. Sighing, she walked down the corridors of the hospital, which suddenly became very noisy.
She went to the living room, where there was a television that broadcast an altercation in an Edo bank. Apparently there was an alien involved, which was already being controlled by the Shinsengumi and a mysterious character. The (H/c) haired girl looked attentively at the screen, managing to make out on it the Yorozuya involved in the matter. His heart stopped for a moment, so she sat down and watched the news, until the matter calmed down, thankfully, a few moments later.
(Y/n) sighed, thinking that those three were always in the weirdest things going on in Edo, wondering how they would be now, and if they would be hurt. From the end of the room she felt the intense gaze of Harada on her, before which she decided to return to her work.
The days in the hospital had become difficult since the anniversary party incident. Ryuichi treated her coldly, inducing other officials to treat her the same way. The (H/c) haired girl didn't know if the man had spread rumors about her, or if he was smearing her. She had no time to think about it either, as the past few weeks had been intense.
In this way, without returning his gaze, she went to restart her round, trying to concentrate on her work. The hours passed without her noticing, and at one point, the (H/c) haired girl was leaving the hospital on her way home. Suddenly, (Y/n) remembered the whole thing that happened at noon, so she decided to go to the Yorozuya to verify that everyone was fine.
Beeing halfway, she saw Shinpachi walking furiously away from the place, before which she decided to approach. His face was consternation, anger and sadness, with tear marks on his eyes and cheeks. The (E/c) eyed girl quickly stood in front of him to stop him, at which the boy burst into tears, throwing himself into the woman's arms. For her part, (Y/n) was now even more concerned, however, she waited for the boy in glasses to calm down a bit to ask.
This way, when she heard the sobs stop and the boy's breathing became more normal, she pushed him away slightly, looking in his eyes with a motherly expression.
-What happened Shin? Why are you so sad? - The girl asked in a sweet tone, not wanting to force the boy to answer.
-¡That stupid samurai! - Said the black haired boy, showing the anger on his face- Even though Kagura-chan waited tirelessly for him in the Yorozuya when he disappeared ... Even though she loves that place ... He sent her away, (Y/n)-san- The boy finished, with tears falling from his angry eyes.
Now it was (Y/n)'s turn to be surprised. She couldn't process what Shinpachi had said.
-How? Where do he send her to? With whom? - asked (Y/n), now serious.
The boy began to tell her the story.
Kagura had apparently received a phone call in the morning, around noon. After this, the girl shot out of the house, saying that Gin was in serious trouble at the Edo bank. Shinpachi had stared at her without understanding what was happenin, and after a moment, a notice was broadcast on television alerting citizens to phone scams, ending just as the silverhead entered the living room.
The boy in glasses tied the loose ends together, concluding that the call the red-haired girl had received was a scam. He immediately told his conclusions to his boss, who believed that the girl fell into such a trap was very possible. They rushed towards the center of Edo, where they found the Edo bank in disaster.
