I can't even think straight as I walk Mike back to his car. 

"Mike", I say and he ignores me, "Mike!"

"Huh", he says.

"What is your problem", I say.

"Nothing", he mumbles and opens the car door for me. I get in and wait for him to walk over to his side.

"Something was obviously wrong for you to be fighting", I say when he gets in.

He cranks the car and looks back to start backing out of his spot. As he is backing out I look back at the door and see Deja walking back inside.

"I said nothing was wrong", he says and pulls away from Rence's house.

"So we are just gonna not talk about this", I say looking at him.

"There's nothing to talk about", he says staring straight ahead.

When Deja and I was out on that porch and heard that screaming we came right into the room. All I could see was Kaeden standing with his hands up and Mike in front of him. I didn't realize how short Mike was compared to Kaeden until they were face-to-face. As soon as Mike took a swing at Kaeden my heart stopped and the crowd formed. Deja grabbed my arm and pulled me to and through the crowd of people to get a better view. Kaeden hit Mike in the mouth and Mike hit him in the stomach. The guy Nick from before found me and said Mike was fighting Kaeden, the obvious. I was screaming for them to stop but I guess everyone else's screams were louder than mine. I almost cried because it seemed like they wouldn't stop fighting, and I didn't know who to worry about more. I was glad when some big-bodied dude came and grabbed Kaeden from Mike and then another came and grabbed Mike from getting Kaeden again. 

Kaeden was brought to Jordan and them, while the other guy just took Mike to the side. Rence starts yelling, I bet he was mad they messing up his mother's house. When Rence tells them to take the fight outside I see Mike start heading towards the door and I had to stop him. I decide to go over to Mike and see what the fuck was going on.

"What the fuck Mike", I said when I got next to him.

"What man" he said.

Deja came over with me and pushed Mike, "What's your fucking problem".

"Nothing", he said glaring at her.

"Are you insane", she said in his face.

"Get your friend", he said trying to walk around Deja.

"No", I said and got in front of him.

"What the fuck is he looking at", Mike said looking at Kaeden.

"He don't care 'bout you", Deja said.

"I'm a beat his ass again", Mike said and started trying to walk to Kaeden.

I grabbed his arm and said "No, we are fucking leaving". And that's when we left.

I look out the window and try to calm down. I am mad at Mike because he won't talk to me and just tell me what happened. We all could see them fighting but no one knows what they were fighting for, I wanna know.

The rest of the car ride was in silence because he wasn't going to explain and I told him don't speak unless he is saying what happened. I don't speak because I am stubborn and want him to speak first.

When he pulled into the parking lot next to my house he decided to open his mouth. "Kayla", he says turning the car off.

"Huh", I say.

"I'm sorry", he says.

I look at him and blink because he still didn't say what happened, yet he is talking.
