"Jungkook, open up it's Jimin" Jimin said as he pounded on the door to Jungkook's apartment.
Something was wrong, he felt it the moment Jungkook called him.
He heard a pitter patter of feet he assumed it Dae, he was proven wrong when Jungkook opened the door, his hair in disarray and his eyes blown wide with panic.
"What happened where's Dae?" Jimin asked in a hurry.
"He's in my ro-" Jungkook didn't get time to finish his sentence when jimin pushed in side the house and ran into the bedroom.
"Dae!" Jimin cried rushing up to Dae and stopped short when he saw the puddle of vomit and what looked like blood.
"Sweetie what's wrong? Tell mommy"
"Mommy~"
"Jungkook! What the hell happened!?" Jimin pegged.
"I don't know, we were fines hours ago, but then he started crying about his stomach hurting and then I have him medicine to calm down his stomach"
Jimin picked up the bottle of medicine from the nightstand. "this says it expired 3 years ago!" Jimin shouted and picked up the almost dizzy five year old.
"Jimin I'm sorry" Jungkook said as he watched jimin and Dae Walk out the bedroom.
"There's no time for that right now" Jimin said fishing out his car keys.
"I'm coming with" Jungkook said putting on a coat.
Jimin wanted to argue but Dae was whining so much it hurt Jimin to see him like that.
"I can drive while you keep Dae company" Jimin then threw the keys at Jungkook while he opened the back seat door.
"Can you mayhaps hurry up!" Jimin snapped.
Jungkook started in a haste and drove off.
It took them a minimum of 15 minutes to get to the nearest hospital.
Jimin didn't waste any time and Sprinted out the car to the hospital door. He reached the reception "My son needs help"
"Ok sir a nurse will come in right away" the receptionist said
Seconds later a young female nurse rushed her way up to them "sir please follow me" the nurse said leading them into a room
She took Dae from jimin's hands and laid him on the hospital bed.
"May you please excuse us while we figure out what's wrong" the nurse said
"O-oh okay" jimin said with tears rolling down his face.
Jimin exited the room before looking back one last time at dae.
" Is he going to be okay" jungkook said once jimin walked out the room.
Jimin didn't say anything and sat down one one of the benches but made sure to sit far away from Jungkook.
"Jimin I-"
"Jungkook don't, just…don't" Jimin's voice sounded weak.
Jungkook took it as a sign to leave Jimin alone and went to sit far from jimin.
2 hours passed and Jungkook could hear jimin's quiet sniffles, and that's when he realized he'd fucked up again.
He was positive that Jimin wouldn't let him be in Dae's care ever again, but it was his first time into the shoes of parenthood.
The door to Dae's room opened both parents jumped up from their seats.
"I-is my son okay?" Jimin was the first to speak.
"Mr Park your son is in great condition, he was experiencing abdominal pain, which thankfully wasn't too serious and we were able to relive the discomfort".
Jimin felt like a burden was lifted off his shoulders after the doctor had explained Dae's situation.
"Thank you so much doc, when can we see him?" Jimin asked.
"You may see him now" the doctor added.
Jimin bowed to the doctor as he took his leave.
"You can go home" Jimin said turning to face Jungkook.
"I must leave?" Jungkook asked.
"Yeah, you did it before so why can't you do it again?" Jimin snapped crossing his arms.
"Jimin, how many times must I say it he's. My. Son. Too."
"And yet it's your fault he landed up on that hospital bed!"
"Jimin stop being so immature about this, Dae needs us more now he knows that I'm his Appa"
"I don't fuckiing-" jimin sighed regaining his composure.
"You know what go to hell for all I care" Jimin said and walked into Dae's room and found him asleep.
"Oh my baby" Jimin cried once he reached Dae's bed, he pulled a chair to sit beside Dae's bed and took his hand and kissed it while he's other hands moved Dae's bangs out of his face.
"I love you so much" Jimin said moving to kiss Dae's forehead.
