*Chapter nine-Trust issues*

I called my mom and she was asking me a lot of questions like "Were you working on a project?" "Were you trying to bring your grades up?" I told her that i was trying to find a club to join .I knew that response didn't sound like anything i would say. Then she had started to ask me questions about that. My mind wasn't focusing on what she was asking it was that Bryan and the girls had planned a setup. Or maybe the girls had planned a setup. She had pulled the car into the garage. I grabbed my book bag and opened my car door.

I sat my book bag on my rolling chair near my desk and closed my room door. It was all a setup and i should have known better. I tasted bile in my throat and i tried to fight back the tears. I tried to not think about what the note had said.I felt my pocket and felt that the note was still in it.I took the note out and crumpled it with both of my hands.I stared at the ball in my hand and thought about burning it. I shook my head and tossed it into my plastic pink garbage can.
