*Chapter six-Whos your crush?*

I close the door to my moms car and I swing my bookbag to my right shoulder . Another day in hell. I walk through the school front door and towards my locker so I could put my textbooks in it. My classroom is near my locker. The door is opened to my classroom and the lights are on.

I walk to the classroom and my language Arts teacher Mrs.June is sitting at her desk flipping through papers. "Good morning" I say walking to my desk in the back of the classroom. "Good morning your the first to arrive this morning" she said. I nod my head. The classroom seemed so peaceful right now but I knew it wouldn't last.

Daniel walked into the classroom . He sat at the desk in front of me. He put his bookbag on the desk and took out a bag of Takis and Gatorade. "Interesting breakfast you have Daniel" my teacher said. Daniel laughed. "It gives me energy" he said. I rolled my eyes. These boys...

Sierra sat at her usual desk. Her blonde hair was curled and I could tell that today she was wearing fake eyelashes. Sierra never walked in the classroom by herself. Taylor and Amber were always with her.

Today we were assigned to do group work which I hated. Another thing was , was that our teacher was picking the groups. My stomach turned. Mrs.June started to call out names . I looked around the classroom and saw he hadn't been called .

Bryan , Brittany , George and I . Bryan had caught eye contact with me. I looked away quickly. I know he doesn't want to work with me. We all had to get up and walk to a section in the classroom . Awkradly I stood up with my notebook in my arm. We all walked over to Bryan because it was obvious that he knew everything.

I sat in the chair beside him. I hope he wasn't thinking that I was a creep. George signed sliding a chair to join us. Brittany looked over at me. I looked down at my hands. "Hey Alexis" I heard Bryan say. I looked up to see him smiling at me. His hair was not in his face as much.

"Hey" I said while swallowing so my voice sounded like I was about to cry. Brittany snickered. I didn't like Brittany. Its not that she bothered me but she's annoying and everyone knows it. "What do we have to do?" George said. "She didn't give us any worksheets" Bryan said. The other groups around us were loud. I know Bryan is thinking this group is lame. Bryan turned away from me and started talking to Taylor.

George was looking over at me. His brown eyes were wide. "What do you write in that notebook " he said. I wrote my blogs and my diaries in it. "Homework" I said. George looked at me as if he was studying me. Bryan turned back around . He was smiling . "We should start off with writting down whos going to play each role" Brittany said.

"Okay" Bryan said. He seemed nice. "Alexis can you get a piece of paper out your notebook ?" Brittany said. They all looked at me. "Sure" I said. I opened my notebook but it slipped off of my lap and onto the floor. I saw what page it landed on. Bryan Wayne's <3 <3. Bryan had bent down to get my notebook for me but he stopped. "Oh my god!"
