"Inki koi surgeries hui thi kya ?? Koi bhi important surgeries ??" asked the doctor coming out of naina's ward. Arjun bhaiya and chachaji looked at each other unknown of all the events that took place in previous five years.
"Haan hui thi" voiced shekhar from their back as he continued "Naina ki brain surgery hui thi one month pehle just around last weeks of December." told Shekhar. Arjun bhaiya and chachaji looked shockingly at him.
"Hmm... Wo abhi bhi andar se bohot weak Hain aur Jo bhi abhi reason Hua ho jiski wajah se wo itna royi Hain, aur kaafi Dinon se itna stress Lene ki wajah se unke brain par bohot asar pada hai. Ghabrane ki zyada Baat Nahi hai. She'll be fine bas abhi thodi Der me bas unka dhyaan rakhiyega. She's absolutely fine." assured the doctor and left.
"Naina ki surgery kyu hui thi" asked chachaji in concern.
"Naina Ka bohot bada accident ho Gaya tha. Uski wajah se usey bohot injuries aayi thi. Naina toh almost coma me chali gayi thi magar fir ishwar ki kripa se wo theek ho gyi. Shayad usey theek Karne wala Sameer hi tha. Wo tabhi tabhi aaya tha humari colony me rehne." answered Shekhar.
"Doctor Sameer ??" asked Munna.
"He's out of danger now. Thodi Der me usey hosh aa jaaega and Jo inse abhi Baat Kar rahin thi, make sure ki jab inhe hosh Aaye toh wo unke saamne ho. Take care"
"Mai Naina ko dekhkar aata hoon" said pandit moving towards her ward.
"Naina kaisi hai ??"
"Abhi hosh Nahi Aaya hai. Uski brain surgery hui thi Kuch time pehle aur Itne stress aur sab Kuch ki wajah se Uske dimaag par Zor pada tha. Abhi thodi Der me hosh aa jaaega" assured Arjun bhaiya.
"Sameer bhi out of danger hai ab. Aur doctor ne Kaha hai ki usey thodi Der me hosh aa jaaega aur ye bhi Kaha hai ki Naina agar Uske Saath hogi toh better Hoga." said Pandit nervously.
"Ye tum kya bol rahe ho ?? Yahan Naina abhi theek Nahi hai aur wo Uske paas hogi" exclaimed Arjun bhaiya angrily.
"Shaant raho Arjun. Naina ko bas hosh aa jaaega doctor ne Kaha tha na. Fir wo khud ba khud Sameer ke paas chali jaaegi" exclaimed chachaji.

"Sameer" uttered Naina opening her heavy eyelids and looked at chachaji. She got up while chachaji and Arjun bhaiya helped her in settling properly.
"Naina tum theek ho ??" asked chachaji worriedly. Naina nodded and looked at pandit.
"Sameer khatre se bahar hai" he spoke Liting up naina's face. She got up and went with Pandit.
She sat beside him and looked at him lovingly and slowly caressed his palms.
It was after a few moments when sameer's fingers showed some moment making Naina attentive and she looked at his face. Slowly he opened his eyes and looked at Naina lovingly. Tears rolling down from the corner of his eyes while tears trickling down her eyes wetening his palm kept on her cheek.
"Mrs. Naina Maheshwari" spoke Sameer. Naina kept her head on his chest and cried too much.
"Sameer" she said crying "ab toh tum mere hi Sameer ho na ??"
"Haan Naina main tumhara hi Sameer hoon. Main toh shuru se tumhara hi Sameer tha" assured Sameer while everyone entered in.
"Sameer" called out Vishakha and cupped his face lovingly kissing his forehead.
"Mummy Maine aapko bohot miss kiya" exclaimed Sameer.
"Maine bhi tujhe Sameer" replied Vishakha kissing his hands.

And both of them hugged him precautionately keeping in mind that it doesn't affect his injured left shoulder.
"Aise kaise Chala Gaya tha Tu Hume chhodke Haan ??" exclaimed Munna.
"Aur Nahi toh kya ?! Tera Bina toh hum ekdum akele ho Gaye the na" complained pandit like a small child.
"Maine tum dono ko bohot miss kiya chamanchoozon ! Bohot miss kiya" exclaimed Sameer laughing with his life pillars and also spilling tears. If any bond was precious after Naina sameer, toh it was SaMunDit.
Sameer got up and sat comfortably with the help of Munna pandit. After everyone met him, doctor came for checking him while Naina was with him only and others were out, doctor assured that he'll discharge by day after tomorrow morning and till that time he need complete rest and only one person can meet him at a time. Naina stayed with him that particular night while Munna pandit was too there and others exited.
Naina was sitting beside him silently and he was observing her changing expressions.
"Kuch kehna Nahi hai ??" asked Sameer nervously sensing her anger. And in no time Naina started beating his right hand playfully yet angrily. Sameer tried to calm her faking pain but she started crying.
"Arey Yaar ajeeb ho tum ?? Ek pal mein gussa aur ek pal mein aansu ? Tum aisi Kyun ho Naina ??" asked Sameer cutely.
"Tttumhe andaaza bhi Hai ki Maine Tumhare Bina ye Saal kis Tarah kaatein Hain ??" asked Naina controlling her tears.
"Haan jaanta hoon. Kitni raatein tum soyi Nahi ho. Kabhi meri Yaad mein Kabhi humari Samaira ko sulane mein kyuki main Nahi tha na usey sambhalne ke liye. Jaanta hoon Tumne na jaane kitne din aur raatein kaati Hain rote huye magar Tumne Kabhi haar Nahi maani. Isliye mujhe tumpar Garv hai" completed Sameer smiling.
"Tum Kahan the ab tak Sameer ?? Wapis kyu Nahi Aaye ?? Kyu door rahe mujhse ??" asked Naina sadly.
" Iss Sabke peeche ek bohot badi kahani hai. Discharge hokar jis din Ghar aaunga, us din sabko sab Kuch bataunga" assured Sameer.
"Ab agar sab Kuch theek ho hi gaya hai toh meetha toh banta hai" winked Sameer naughtily moving his face towards her.
"Haan bilkul banta hai" saying so she took the medicine and gave it to him.
"Ye kya Naina dawayi ??" exclaimed sameer making the worst face.
"Haan dawai. Jaldi se theek Hona hai ya Nahi ?? Aur theek Nahi hoge toh mere paas kaise aaoge" winked Naina.
"Oho Mrs. Maheshwari Goa me rehke Kuch zyada hi romantic ho gayi Hain" teased Sameer making her blush and he caressed her cheeks.
Naina's face fell and she said "Tttum mere baare me kya Soch rahe hoge na. Tumhari jagah agar koi aur Hota Sameer Aur mmai Uske kareeb"
"Tum aa hi Nahi Sakti thi. Mujhe pata hai, mere alawa koi aur Hota na toh tum Uske kareeb Kabhi aa hi Nahi paati aur main Tumhare baare me Kabhi galat Nahi Soch Sakta, ye Baat gaanth baandh lo." assured Sameer wiping off her tears.
"Aur tum ab Rona band Karo. Bohot ho Gaya ab. Aisi sooji aankhen lekar kal Samaira ke paas jaaogi toh wo darr jaaegi ki Mumma toh bhoot bankar aayi Hain" teased Sameer making her laugh. Pandit told Sameer that Naina is adviced not to take stress due to her brain surgery so he lightened her mood.
Naina joined her head with Sameer and both closed their eyes feeling each other.

"Mumma !" exclaimed Samaira hugging Naina tightly.
"Mera baccha theek hai na ??" asked Naina lovingly kissing her cheeks.
"Haan Mumma. Sameel uncle theek Hain na ??" asked samaira worriedly.
"Haan wo bilkul theek Hain" said Naina. She thought of telling her that he's her papa but she stopped so that Sameer only calls her first as his daughter.
Samaira went to play with Anurag and Prerna while Preeti and Swati hugged Naina.
"Aakhir jijaji aa hi Gaye Naina tere paas" exclaimed Preeti happily. Swati pulled her nose and the trio chuckled.
"Nnaina Tu theek hai ??" asked Preeti holding her seeing her getting unbalanced.
"Haan" replied Naina holding her head.
"Tu baith pehle" said swati making her sit.
"Toone bataya bhi Nahi ki tera itna bada accident Hua tha ?? Usi ki wajah se ho Raha haina ye ??" asked Preeti disappointedly.
"Aur Nahi toh kya. Aur ab Sameer bhi theek hai. Usey sab Yaad bhi aa Gaya hai. Phir ab Tu itna stress mat le. Teri health ko aur affect karega" adviced Swati.
"Mmai theek hoon. Tum dono na faltu hi chinta Kar rahe. Door ho chipke jaa rahe ho" exclaimed Naina showing fake Anger. Swapree gave "you are impossible" look to her and they giggled.
"Sab Kuch toh kal pata chalega. Jab Sameer batayega ki ab tak wo Kahan tha kyu tha aur kaise tha" exclaimed Naina with a serious face.
"Kal sab Kuch sort ho jaaega aur phir tum dono apni pyaari si angel ke Saath wapis Ahmedabad aa Jana" exclaimed preeti happily.
