😊💔Can't Sleep💔😊

Keith has been struggling with sleep for a while now and it's been affecting his schedule. He has a reason for this, and it's called insomnia. Yeah, Keith has depression, but is able to hide it well with a poker face. Everyone on the ship is asleep except Keith.

What is he doing you may ask, He's just roaming the halls, exploring till his heart contents. Yeah, he yawns and his eyes droop, but he just doesn't go to sleep. He can't sleep. He has fears, more like night terrors. Shiro had got him some pills to help him sleep, but he ended up getting addicted to those and Shiro had to take them away.

He has always had a fear of sleeping, not because of the fear of never waking up again, it's because he can't control the dreams he has. Keith kept wondering until he found himself in the kitchen. He hasn't gotten any sleep in the past 2 weeks.

"Wow, Funny seeing you up."

Keith jumped and turned around to see the blue paladin in all his glory. "What are you doing up mullet?" Lance asked with a smile, walking towards the shorter boy.

Keith didn't answer instead he went to the stool to sit down. "I'm guessing that you're here for the same reason I'm here." Lance said with a shrug, sitting next to the red paladin.

"What are you here for?"

"Oh, I'm hungry." Lance said with a chuckle.

Keith nodded and rested his head on the table. "You haven't been getting enough sleep, have you?" Keith shook his head no and he heard Lance exhale. Lance got up and went to the cabinet to get some space chips and something to drink. 

"Alright Mullet, get up."

Keith lifted his head up and gave Lance a questionable look. "You're sleeping with me tonight, let's go." Lance said turning on his heel and walking towards the exit. Keith didn't know why, but he felt like he had to follow Lance, and that's what he did.

"Didn't think you were actually going to follow me."

"Same."

The walk to Lance's room was quiet and awkward. Once they made it to Lance's room Lance plopped down on his bed and pulled out his space computer Pidge made. Keith stood there awkwardly and Lance looked towards him, "What are you standing there for, come here." Keith nodded and slowly walked towards him. Lance scooted over, making room for him and Keith slowly sat down on the bed.

"How about we watch a movie and see if that puts you to sleep?"

Keith answered with a shrug and yawned. Lance decided to put on the Lion King, a classic. "Why Lion King?"

Lance looked at Keith and said, "It's a classic."

"Yeah, but doesn't a lion die in that movie?"

"See, We aren't going to talk about that."

Keith rolled his eyes and waited for the movie to start. They both got comfortable and watched the movie. About 20 minutes into the movie Lance started crying.

"What's wrong?"

"Why did Mufasa have to die?!"

Keith mentally facepalmed himself and rolled his eyes, "Bad things happen to good people all the time Lance, calm down." Lance rolled his eyes and continued to watch the movie.

A few minutes later he felt something on his shoulder and he looked to see that Keith had fell asleep. Lance chuckled softly and closed the computer. He was getting sleepy himself. He leaned them back and fell into a deep slumber.
