The Phone Call

This takes place 2 months after the last chapter.

Ava Rose POV

I was sitting in the front room of the house of my newly appointed friends. I was sitting on a chair with Charlie between my legs, me playing with his hair. To our immediate right was Toni on an armchair with Mika on her lap with her legs over the side. Next was Asia lying on her back on the couch arms at the back of her hair with Stephanie lying on top of her, half asleep. I have come to like each of these people for different reasons recently. Charlie and I are in a relationship now after he asked me out over dinner on our 5th date. From them we have been seeing eachother a lot. me coming over to the house often and hanging with everyone. I have two words to describe all of them:

Charlie: Fun and Different, he has an eccentric personality at times

Asia: Responsible and Calm, barely ever gets annoyed and always know what to do 

Stephanie: Glamorous and Sleepy, she can fall asleep anywhere

Mika: Funny and Headstrong, doesn't often let people decide for her

Toni: Truthful and Hungry, she is barely ever not hungry unless she is horny. She doesn't lie.

They are all really good friends. Toni was the hardest to over because of how protective she is and refused to leave Mika and I alone for a couple of days, then Asia convinced her to ease up a little. After a while she began liking me and she is now one of my favourite people. I spoke to Steph and Mika about how I felt pressured because I was the girlfriend of a famous person, but they reassured me it wasn't that bad and the guys are good at getting the photographers away.

I have settled in here great. We are watching Disturbia. Suddenly there is an intense beat of music really loud. Toni answers her phone.

"Hey. "

"Oh it's you." she says smiling. But she sits up suddenly frowning.

"Yeah why"

"what the fuck do you mean?" she growls out

"Shit" she shouts

"Okay whatever." 

"Yeah bye." she puts the phone down looking stressed out. Everyone is looking at her. She runs her hands through her hair a couple times before storming upstairs. 

"What was that about?" I ask. Everyone shakes their head. 

"I'll go up first. If that doesn't work I'll call Mika." Asia says walking up the stairs.

Asia POV

I walk up the stairs and walk into Toni's room. I hear the sound of punching coming from the gym room. I open the door and lean on the frame as I watch Toni mercilessly beating up a punching bag. She kicks it and then proceeds to rip it off of the hanger and stab it with a knife that she had hanging on the wall.

"Well what happened then" I say calmly used to Toni's tantrums, not that I have seen one this bad but still. She says nothing but hangs another punching bag up and continues punching.

"What happened Toni." I say. She growls at me and carries on punching the bag. I am worried what made her react this way to a phone call.

"Who was it?" she stops and starts thinking for a second then she growls again.

"Leave." she says gruffly. I sigh and walk out trying not to show how worried I was on my face. I walk back downstairs.
