Chapter 18: Reconnections: The End: Part 2/2

About a month later, everything calms down and people go back to regular lives. The only difference is that magical beings are now showing their true selves. They'll keep out their animal features, their pupils might be a different shape/color, they might have their wings showing, and their hair/eye color will be different or slightly/mostly unusual. The 6 young adults go back to college and see that 1/3 of the school is full of magical beings. The girls agreed to only keep out their ears and tails and only use their wings if they want to get somewhere fast. Adrian and Luke do the same thing and Parker keeps out his angel wings but he hides them during school so people behind him can see the front of the class.

"I'm so happy that things are turning out well!" Crystal calls out.

"Me too, not one person has experimented on any of us since the announcement went out," Pearl adds, as she and her sisters talk in the living room.

"Maybe we can earn some extra cash by hosting a magic game show," Amy jokes.

"Well, we could, but we have enough problems with just being future queens of the universe," Crystal comments.

"Yeah, I wonder how that'll work out... I mean, we're triplets. How will Mom and Dad choose who rules first?" Pearl wonders.

"Hm... Maybe we'll be the first generation of multiple queens at once. There's no royal rule about that," Amy suggests.

"That's true, and besides, 3 kings and queens will be better than 1, right? Less stress for everybody," Crystal says. Pearl checks the time and sees it's almost 4pm.

"Okay, I'll do this one time to celebrate how well all of this is going," Pearl starts, "How about we have a sister night out? Shopping, dinner, and maybe even the arcade. I heard there's a new arcade, I want to try it out," Pearl says.

"I heard there's a whole new mall down the street! Let's go there! There's supposed to be amazing food there," Crystal says.

"Of course you'll know if there's a new mall... You're a shopping freak!" Amy comments.

"Am not!" Crystal complains.

"Are too! You're obsessed with shopping!" Amy calls out.

"Okay, I like shopping, big deal, but I'm NOT obsessed!" Crystal says.

"Tell that to our poor wallets..." Pearl says under her breath.

"What was that?" Crystal glares.

"Nothing~ come on let's get going. That mall closes at 8pm," Pearl says.

Once they get to the mall, they start shopping. Crystal picks out a few outfits and is constantly trying them on, Amy just gets lemonade and is looking at clothes, Pearl starts off by booking a table at a place to eat. They shop until about 6pm, as they're about to leave, they run into a couple girls. "Crystaliza Kalen, is that you?" a girl asks.

"Well, it was Kalen, it's actually Gemms now," Crystal says to the girl.

"Really? What made you change your name?" the girl asks again.

"Well, the Kalens adopted me, I was kidnapped when I was a baby. I have 2 sisters and we found each other and our parents," Crystal explains.

"Seriously? Well we're glad you're doing well!" another girl says. A group of people come out and start talking to the first girl.

"Hey, sis! Hurry up, we gotta go! They won't keep our booking forever!" Pearl calls out from the truck. Amy jumps out from the back of the truck and runs over to Crystal.
