Chapter 16: Manhattan

We made it. We're finally in Manhattan. We're finally at the place where I've been waiting to be at. We made it here at 8:00 am. I woke up from sleeping on Dominique. The bus felt cold and calm. I looked up and smiled at Dominique. She looked down at me and said "Are you ready to explore?" Then she grinned. I grinned back at her.

We all scrammed out of the bus and went into the lobby of what looked like an apartment building. It was tall. It was also buried with patches of vines. Ew. But when we went inside it looked so nice!

They had one big room for all the girls, they had couches in what looked like to be the living room. It also had a nice big TV and plenty of white bunk beds in the other room.

"This looks so pretty! I wish I came here sooner." Said Carrie.

The boys went into the room next door to our big/little apartment. Soon everyone was unpacking and waiting to go downstairs to eat breakfast. Before I did anything, I called the bed that Dominique and I were going to use. I had to pick a good one so that Derek would probably like it too.

I picked a spot that was near the window. As I picked the bed I saw Dominique looking out the window by our bed.

"Oh my, this view, it's, beautiful, come here and look Rosi." She said.

I went by her side and looked out that window. I put my hand against the glass and felt the coldness from outside. The view was so pretty, I've never been to Manhattan, so it was nice to see the view of the tall buildings. The sun was rising from behind the towers. It was perfect.

"Ladies, we must meet up with the other students and teachers. Lets go!" Said Ms. Louie. She had her hair in a way too high ponytail with some of her blonde hair slipping out of her hairdo.

Dominique and I stepped away from the window and went downstairs to eat breakfast. I heard growl and looked at Dominique.

"I can tell that you're hungry." I said.

She looked back at me and said "Darling that was you."

I heard another growl and noticed that it was me, coming from my stomach.

We then both laughed.

"I am really stupid." I said.

"Hah, yes you are." she said.

>Derek's POV<

"You look like your dead man." said Ethan.

I looked up at him and said "Well its been too long since I've seen Rosiana, that's why. I miss her, dude."

I saw this morning that my eyes had bags underneath them. I had some acne on my face but I made sure it went away as fast as possible, it's embarrassing when you got acne on your face, especially for a guy.

"Did you even tell her you can't sleep with her?"

"She doesn't know yet, I'll tell her when I sneak into their room. And you better not fucking tell her. You could come with me and sleep with Caroline if you wanted to." I said.

It's true. I wasn't allowed to sleep with Rosiana. But I didn't tell her, and I will find my way in there. Hopefully she won't find out.

"Time to eat!" Said Mr. Rockwald. He was the main teacher who organized everything to make us come here, so he was pretty much in charge.

I stood up and waited in line with my boys, until I saw some girl come running towards me with her brown hair slipping out of her braid.

It was Rosiana. Ahh how much I missed her.
