Chapter 17: Why

>Rosiana's POV<

It was almost midnight and Derek still hasn't come. What is he doing? Where the hell is he? Ugh. I was getting tired and wanted to just sleep. All the girls were asleep except for me and Caroline. She said that Ethan would come too with Derek.

THWOP!!!

I freezed and saw a shadow making strange noises, which looked like they were trying to distract them. I wondered who it was there trying to get in.

"Who goes there!" Yelled Ms Louie.

Soon all the teachers went outside the room.

I then saw two men walk into the room, they were pretty big guys. Then I looked closely at them and saw it was Ethan and Derek.

"Ow! Fuckin hurt my head against the fucking bed!" Said Ethan in a raspy voice.

"Hah too bad for you, but dude go find Caroline's bed while I find Rosi's; we don't have enough time." said Derek quietly to Ethan, they were whispering.

Ethan said something else, but I couldn't hear it.

I climbed out of my bed and ran across the room to them.

"Well hello there." I whispered to them.

Derek smiled.

"Where's Caroline's bed?" Said Ethan.

"She's across the room, by the door near the exit." I said.

"Thanks, Rosi." He said and smiled.

Ethan was like my brother, he was playful and nice. He was so funny too. Since he was Derek's best friend, he would always hang out with us, me, Derek, him, and Caroline. So we would always see each other. I could always mess with him and he wouldn't be mad, he was like my friend. I always enjoyed his company because he was never too serious and never too weird. And besides, him and Caroline were meant to be, you just could tell once you saw them, they were perfect.

"You're welcome, bro." I said.

"Ok..." he said.

I waited for him to find Caroline, then Derek and I went to my bed and cuddled in there.

"Woah, the view though. It's better than the view in my room." Whispered Derek as I watched him look at my window.

"What's the view in your room?" I asked.

"Well, it's the alley. Not that appealing."

"Hah."

Then I felt the need to ask him a question I had when he walked into the girls room.

"Hey, um, why did you guys take the teachers out of the room like that?" I asked.

There was a silence, like Derek was thinking, until he finally spoke.

"Well, I should've told you this before, but I knew you wouldn't allow me to do it."

"Tell me. Know."

"Alright fine, I was never allowed to sleep with you in the first place. But I managed to get in with Ethan and now the teachers are downstairs sleeping with Thomas distracting them. The reason why the teachers and principle said we can't sleep together is because, a few years ago there were a girl and guy who were allowed to sleep together, but he ended up killing her with a knife. It was stupid."

I waited and took in everything he just said. He lied to me, just like I lied to him and kept a secret.

"Ok, well your going to get busted by the teachers pretty soon."
