The weeks passed from being in Manhattan to being in November. It was Derek's birthday, November 10th, a day before my birthday.

I was at Derek's house, ready to leave and go to a fancy dinner for his birthday. He was turning 17, he was one of the oldest people in our grade. While I'm the one who's 16.

"Well, what do you want to order?" He smirked at me.

I looked at the "Eataly" menu. We were in downtown Chicago.

"I'll have that pasta thing, with the basil. What about you?" I asked.

"Umm." He said while he looked at the menu. "I'll have the pizza thing here, with the mozzarella and ricotta cheese."

"Ok, the food will be here shortly, enjoy your drinks!" Said the waitress, Sally, it read from looking at her name tag.

She winked at Derek and then just gave me a dirty look. Ugh, bitch.

"Where shall we go tomorrow?" Asked Derek, he ignored the waitress and how she was sort of trying to flirt with him.

"I might have a party during the weekend with some people you know, and some people that you don't know. But tomorrow I'm going to hang out with my family." I said and smiled.

I was planning on having a birthday party with Katarina, Iva, Maja, Violet, Dominique, Caroline, Ethan, Thomas, and Korenda. I only invited Korenda because she invited me to hers, even though I couldn't make it, I was busy.

"That'll be interesting, just like you are." He said.

"What do I do with a boy like you?" I said.

"I don't know, maybe my mom can help you."

We laughed.

"Well if our relashionship gets serious than it is now, don't turn into a slut, or else I'll shoot you and myself." He said.

"If I do ever turn into that slut, then I will definitely give you the gun."

"Hah, good."

We laughed even more until our food came.

"A pizza for the most handsomest man around, and Salmon for the girl who looks needy. Oh wait, did I say look needy? I meant to say is needy." Said Sally.

"Listen honey, leave my girl alone, or else we can just leave." Said Derek.

"And I can slap yo ass out of here." I said.

"I don't think that slap would even hurt my nice and big fatass." She said.

"Hey, hey, is there something wrong here? Sally?" Said a dude who was also working here, his name was Antonio.

"Yes, there is a problem. Our waitress gave us the wrong food, we asked for the pasta, not the salmon. Sally is also saying some rude things to my girlfriend." Said Derek.

Antonio looked at Sally, his face disappointed.

"Sally, you've done this way too many times, and I've given you plenty of warnings. You are fired." Said Antonio, I assumed he was the manager or something.

"WHAT!!!! NOO!!! STOP, YOU CANNOT DO THIS TO ME! I ONLY GOT THIS JOB TO FEED MY FAMILY! PLEASE ANTONIO LET ME STAY!!!!" Said Sally, who was now crying really hard, but I didn't care. She deserved it.

"ENOUGH! GET OUT OF THIS RESTAURANT, NOW!" Said Antonio in a serious voice.

"GOODBYE DICK!!!" Yelled Sally.

The people all around the room looked at her as she ran out with her makeup smearing.

"I'm terribly sorry, let me make your meal completely free, will that cut it?" Said Antonio.
