Here or there?

It had been 3 weeks since the wedding, Sarah was sat on the balcony of their apartment looking out at the vast blue in front of her, she deeply enjoyed the scenery, Dacre and the kids were still tucked up in bed so she was enjoying the peace.
She loved the calm that Australia brought her, no drama from her parents, no worries about her past and most of all it felt like home, she really didn't want to leave this magical place.
She stayed there in her calm zone until she heard the sliding doors open, "good Morning angel, why didn't you wake me when you woke up?" Dacre asked, "you looked so peaceful babe and you got up with Cooper yesterday so you deserve a sleep in", she replied smiling at her husband, Dacre sat next to her and put two coffees on the table, "so what have you been doing out here?" He asked taking a sip from his coffee, "just thinking, re-living the last 3 weeks that I have been Sarah Montgomery" Sarah smiled lovingly at her husband, "get over here" he told her.

She climbed on his lap with her legs by his sides, in typical Dacre style his hands found her ass, he looked her in the eyes before asking her, "you seem different what is it?", Sarah giggled at her husbands talent of knowing when she was hiding something, "nothing is wrong babe I swear, I'm just super happy, All if this .." she gestured to her surroundings, "you, the kids, our friends and family here, life is just amazing", tears began to form in her emerald eyes, "hey! Don't cry angel" Dacre told her as he wrapped his arms around her soothing her, "it's this place Dacre it's heaven the minute I land here my heart and mind feel as light as a feather, Australia has my heart, all thanks to you" she told to him as she was tucked under his neck, "I don't want to leave.... like I'm not just saying it, like it's vacation blues" Sarah sat up looked him in the eyes, "Dacre I want to raise our children here", he was shocked to say the least, he knew she loved the place just as he did but there were so many things to consider, what about work, what if one of them had a role?, Would they bring the kids?, would one of them have to sacrifice their career? And what about their friends, the same friends who carried and protected Sarah for years before she met him.

"Baby talk to me, what do you think?" Sarah asked, feeling a little disheartened by the length of time it had taken Dacre to reply, "uh... I uh.... baby I don't know", he finally managed to get out, Sarah was shocked and confused, "oh ok, um .. care to elaborate why?", Dacre felt awful, he knew he had hurt her feelings but he had to be honest, "I love it here baby obviously I would love to live back here with you and our children, but we have both worked so damn hard to get where we are and things are just starting to look up for our careers, Stranger things was huge for us, it has opened so many doors, but think what would happen if we got new roles, what would we do with the kids then?", Sarah climbed off his lap and sat by his side, "yeah I understand babe I do, but wouldn't we make it work? I would 100% want to bring the children with us, I never want to be away from you or them", Dacre planted a small kiss on her forehead, she was so sweet and loving, he didn't want her to make a decision she may regret in a few years.
"I'm not trying to change your mind angel, really I'm not, I just want you to think about all of the pros and cons before we do something like this, ok?, just think about it for a few days and we can have this chat again, ok?", Sarah nodded in agreement before standing up and grabbing Dacres hand, "come on stud lets go shower before the kids wake up", Dacres jaw dropped at her spontaneous side, he regained composure and stood up as ordered, "yes ma'am!" He called out before following her into their en-suite.

A few days had passed and Sarah had constantly been thinking about the pros and cons Dacre had suggested to her, she had been swayed from completely wanting to move to Australia, to being in the middle, she still really wanted to but the problems Dacre had presented her with were very real and were huge.
She decided she needed help with this so she called Chloe.

Ok so I told Dacre that I wanted to move to Australia!

Oh wow! What did he say?

Uh... he was quite sceptical if I'm honest, he thinks it's too much of a risk for job opportunities and for the kids.

Well honey he has got a point!, I know you love it there so I get it.

Ugh! I hate been the one to make this decision

(then Chloe whispered I can't not yet!)

Who are you looking at?

Oh it's Joe he wants to know if I'm ready... um ... for lunch nothing major.

(Sarah looked at her watch)
Chlo, it's 3pm in Atalanta, what's wrong tell me!
(After a few seconds)
Fine! I wasn't going to say anything because I don't want this to be a reason for you to stay, not for me anyway.

Ok, so spill!

(Joe called out from off camera)
Get Dacre on the call too!.

(Sarah called Dacre to the phone)
Hey guys!

Ok so Dacre I just told Sarah that I am not saying this to keep her in Atlanta but, I need to tell you both something, in March next year.... we have baby Keery due!

(Sarah held her hand over her mouth as tears ran down her face)
Omg!!! You guys! I am so so happy for you, look at the state of me!

(The group laughed at Sarah blubbering on camera)

Seriously guys congrats! It will be the blessing of your lives

Thank you both so much, we miss you so much I can't wait I meet up again soon.

You will be an amazing Mom Chlo look what you have done to help me and Katie! And Joe! You took care of me and Katie like we were your own!

We are so happy guys thank you, in fact we have the doctors in like 20 minute so we gotta go but we will call tomorrow ok?

After the call Sarah looked at Dacre, "we have to go back soon babe, I'm sorry I even thought about leaving our lives, we can always come to Australia on vacation", Dacre smiled at his wife before kissing her romantically, "I like that plan baby I love you", Sarah kisses him back with all the passion she could, "I love you more!"
