Fears!

Chapter 1

Today is our family gathering I've been waiting for this day for far too long and finally I get to see my cousin Misha she's so cool and gorgeous.

They here yelled aunt Agatha I got up and ran to the van hoping to see my favourite cousin. Misha came out looking like someone I've never met before and I was actually shocked because knowing her and her fashion trends, but this time it wasn't my Misha I actually kept on looking at the van hoping it was a prank but it wasn't .

The way my eyes popped out was like I had seen a ghost 😂but she actually came to me and greeted me ,I asked her what was going on but she refused to tell me.

I let it slide because I know my cousin. Cathy and Misha get your behinds here! yelled aunt Agatha I started trembling but Misha seemed not to care at all.

My mind started playing with me I began to think things through I told Misha about my thoughts but she just smirked and said it's just your imagination cathy.

At the Dinner table my uncle Marselo started making comments like Teenagers this days have no idea how to act or do things I just laughed and said it's the 21st Century welcome to our world but my mother looked like she was about to smack me so I said I'm joking Uncle,Misha on the other hand didn't laugh at all it seems as though I was making a fool out of myself

Misha seemed strange but I  guess it's part of growing up and being welcomed into adulthood.

At night my family loves to make smores and sit at fire place while listening to my grandfather telling us ancient stories .usually Misha gets up and tries to scare us but this time she didn't.

I thought that she had gotten over her parents divorce but clearly I was mistaken. Its really hard to have lost my cousin without me realizing that I'm actually losing her.

We used to fantasise together and talk about boys and getting married but clearly that has changed. Misha makes an unsettling comment to me and she says it really is amazing to fall in love but I'd rather fantasise and escape reality I couldn't understand what she was saying and why she was saying this. I'm thinking it's because you scared to go to college and how you gonna blend in with the sorority sisters but girl you going to be just fine ,Cathy it's not about college you wouldn't understand she said I'll tell you everything later now it's not really the time and place.
I pray and hope its not something serious. We went to play games but all I could think about was Misha I could hardly concentrate on the game I kept on wondering what is it she is going to tell and what if it is really bad or good
