Chapter 12

"August 9 na, Xyriel. 16 days from now will be your birthday."

Umirap ako sa sinabi ni Kaye at kumuha nalang ng chichirya.

"Oo nga. What do you want for your birthday, Xy?"ani Jean at nilipat ang movie nang matapos na iyon.

"Lahat nalang kayo, pinag-uusapan kung ano ang gusto ko sa birthday ko, eh, nasa akin na naman lahat."ani ko at umirap.

"Ay alam ko na kung anong iregalo ko sayo, Xy!"ani Sheen, nanlalaki ang mga mata dahil sa naisip.

"Toy penis! Toy penis ang kailangan mo sa buhay para makumplet--"aniya na kaagad naputol nang binatukan ko siya.

"Ang bastos mo talaga kahit kailan, Sheen. No need for that. I have real life penis. Totoo na nga, mas feel ang sarap.  Sagad to the matress."ani ko. Tumawa si Kaye, Jean at Hale dahil sa mga pinagsasabi namin.

We ended our day with laughters. Hinatid nila ako sa dorm nang mag alas kuwatro at saka umuwi na sa kani kanilang condo.

Days came and everything went fine. My quizzes remained high and the projects increased.

I was walking with my earphones on and went to our meeting place, one Friday afternoon.

Nakita ko kaagad siya sa nakasanayan naming upuan. I smiled when his green eyes welcomed mine as I sat in front of him.

He ran his fingers on his hair and smiled.

"Dinner na ba?"tanong ko habang abala ang kamay ko sa pag-off ng music at nilagay iyon sa loob ng bag.

"Yup. Let's order."aniya at tinawag ang waiter.

After we ordered our food, the waiter immediately walked to the counter.

"Malapit na pala ang birthday mo. I think you deserve to rest in a paradise."aniya na ikalaki ng mata ko.

How did he know my birthday? It's either he asked one of my cousins or he's my stalker.

"How did you know my birthday? At anong ibig mong sabihin sa rest in a paradise? Do you want me to die?!"ani ko. He just laughed at my questions and the reaction on my face.

"Of course, not. Do you want to die?"nakakalokong ngisi ang iginawad niya sa akin. Agad ko siyang tinaasan ng gitnang daliri.

Tinaasan niya ako ng kilay, "Want to wreck my bed?"ngisi niya.

I immediately blushed when I understand what he was trying to say but I covered it by laughing.

"Sige lang, Ybañez. Sige lang... basag yang light bulb mo."ani ko. He just smirked and went silent when our food served.

"Anyway, I have a gift. For being such a good student and such a good fuck buddy of mine. You deserved to rest,"aniya at binigay ang kwentas na krus.

What the heck? Did he just give me a rosary?

"You want me to rest in peace?!"nangangalaiting tanong ko. He laughed.

"No, of course not. I'm just kidding. Eto na ang regalo ko para sayo."aniya at nilabas ang maliit na parihabang kahon.

I smirked and gave him a glare, "Kapag ito kalokohan na naman, Arc... sasabihin ko sayo. Hindi mapasok yang light bulb mo sa socket ko!"ani ko at binuksan ang maliit na kahon.

I, then, stilled when I saw two ticket flights to Island Garden City of Samal in Mindanao. I looked at him with big eyes and hugged him because of excitement.

"Thank you, thank you!"ani ko at wala sa sariling hinalikan ang pisngi niya. I laughed when I saw how epic his face was when I kissed him on the cheek.

Binitiwan ko na siya at umupo ulit sa upuan ko. I smiled widely and ate the foods I ordered with full energy.

I miss Samal! I miss Davao! I miss Mindanao! I miss the people there! I'm so excited that I think I can't sleep tonight!

Bukas agad iyon, two days at excited na ako! I really wanted to visit the Mindanao, again but I have no time because of school. And now, I'll visit there again... with someone!

My mom gave birth of me and raised me in Davao de Oro. I really love the islands, the fruits, the beach, and the friendly people there.

Kumain kami ng matiwasay doon. Hinatid na niya ako sa dorm nang sumapit ang alas sais y media ng gabi. I gave him a kiss on the lips before I bid my goodbye to him. He smirked and kissed my lips before he drove his car on the highway.

I smiled. I think I can't sleep tonight.
