Chapter 47

Normal POV:

The next few days is peaceful. Neither one of the three men come and disturb Ecca. So she can finally have some time to think about the relationship with them. 

Hearts... he is the first one she had a crush on. He is an amazing man and of course she loves him. He is always by her side. He always gives her deep kisses to comfort her. He's just so special. He gave her her first kiss. He saved her life... She trust him with all her heart. But what Hearts sometimes did is so over-passionate. She is not sure if he can hold his desires and if she can hold her desires of her demon side in front of each other. She doesn't want to do something she'll regret with him.

And for Fu... like what she thought these days, he's something in between lovers and friends. In the grey area. She enjoys being with him, listening to his attractive, calm voice when he talks to her, the trace of each of his gently yet a bit nervous touch. He's humorous, handsome and smart. He always tell her a lot of science stuff which she is interested in. Being with him is like playing with a child. He's pure, pure love and innocence. Which she can free all her trouble when she's with him. But she isn't sure if he's the one...

Last, Zamasu. The cold and self-centered, mortal-hated immortal whom she unraveled a new side of him: nice, lovable and a bit flirty like a normal person. She knows that she has brought so much change to this man. She becomes the one of the most trusted person in this guy's life -- knows his secrets, be with him and cures his nightmares, discovers the normal-person side of him. He starts to accept mortals. And he falls in love with her. She never thought he would, but that happened.

"What should I do..." She knows no matter what she chooses, she are changing the life of these three men. She slowly closes her eyes and let all her thoughts passes in her mind. However, that just makes her mind more messy.

"Urgh!! I need some fresh air..." Ecca opens her eyes and jumps up of the chair she's sitting on. She leaves the building of Capsule Corp and go out for fresh air. It's midnight, so no one can stop her now.

She flies along the border of the city and arrives at the countryside. She lands in front a clear small river. She smiles and enjoys the breezes in the countryside. She slowly closes her eyes, listens to the cheerful sounds of the birds' singing. She feels that she can forget all the troubles here.

She didn't change her clothes, she is still in her pajamas and bare feet. She steps on the soft grass. Takes a few deep breathes of the fresh air in the wild areas.

Suddenly, she sees a small, dim green light shining in the side of the river. She slowly walks to the riverside. She wants to eltajeva closer look at that. It's a little firefly, flying along the riverside. Maybe it is finding it's way back to it's home.

Ecca slowly follows it and walks into the woods. But then, she finds that she lost the sight of the firefly. "Where is it...?" She tries to find the glow of its light, but it has flew away already.

She sighs. She decides to go back as she has already relaxed for a bit. She turns around and is ready to walk out of the woods.

"Ecca," suddenly, she hears a voice calling her name. She turns around and sees Zamasu standing behind her. His usual cold expression on his face is replaced by a soft smile. She smiles back and walks to him.

"Hey Sama!" Ecca giggles, "you came out for fresh air too?" She asks. Zamasu nods. He raises his head and looks at the beautiful night sky. "Not just for fresh air, also... hey, you wanna see something?"

Ecca isn't sure what he's talking about. "What would that be?" She frowns and asks. Zamasu doesn't say a thing. He lends out a hand to Ecca. She smiles and takes his hand. Zamasu smirks and brings her into the forest.

"Where are you bring me now?" Ecca can't help asking. Zamasu gives her a usual smirk. "You'll see..." he whispers.

A few minutes later, he stops walking. "Here we are..." he mumbles and passes through the trees. Then what Ecca sees amazes her: many beautiful fireflies in that place, lighting the woods up. She smiles slightly in surprise.

"I love it here," Zamasu smirks, "It's so pretty and quiet. The fireflies are... small but lighting things up." He looks at the nightlight little bugs and says.

"Like human... small but can light the planet up. This is why mortals can develop their own civilization..." Ecca giggles and reaches out a finger. A firefly lands on her finger. She chuckles. Zamasu looks at her. He knows this girl has changed his life and his views on mortals...

He can feel something in him changing, because of this girl. She stepped into his life, giving him changes he never had before, bringing him memories he will never dreamt of...

She made him fall in love.

"Zamasu look!" Ecca catches fireflies in her hands and releases them towards Zamasu. He is a bit shocked at first, then he smiles, reaches his finger to touch the little insect gently.

Ecca laughs and lays down on the grassy floor, looking at the beautiful view of the woods at night. She pulls Zamasu down with her and they both lie on the grass, enjoy the breeze of the countryside and quiet moment here.

Suddenly, Zamasu sits up and looks at Ecca. They are now face to face with each other. He has a sudden thrist of kissing her... in this perfect atmosphere.

"Hm? Zamasu? You wa-" Ecca asks if Zamasu wants anythibg for this moment, but tgen is cut off by Zamasu. He covers her lips with his, giving her a soft kiss. Pushes her on the ground.

This sudden kiss Zamasu gives her makes her completely shocked. Her mind thinks of the first time Zamasu kissed her, going out on a date with her... but then... she thinks of that kiss Fu gave her when they went to the past.

At the same time, Zamasu pulls away. Leaving Ecca being shocked and not knowing what to do. He rubs his lips with his thumb.

"Z-Zamasu... what does that suppose to mean?" Ecca asks in confusion. Zamasu just simply smiles and shakes his head. "I just feel like doing it. No particular reasons." He smirks.

Ecca blushes. She slowly stands up on the grass and wipe the dirt on her clothes away.

"Hey Ecca... I want to see a person... can you come with me?" Zamasu asks while looking at the moon in the sky. Ecca looks at him, guessing who he wants to see.

Then a name pops up in her mind. She looks at him and smiles. "Sure, why not? I want to see him, too." She says, smiles softly and takes his hand.
