Chapter 49

Normal POV:

The night on the day after Zamasu brought Ecca to his master's place. Ecca walks downstairs to the dining room for dinner. Houaida, Hit, Goku and Vegeta are already there having their meal.

"hey sis!" Ecca greets Houaida with a bright smile. Houaida smiles back as Ecca sits next to her and starts eating her food. The two girls talk with each other while eating. They have a great time, until Hearts and Fu walks in at the same time and looks at Ecca together. Ecca feels so embarrassed. She looks away and continues the conversation with Houaida.

"Girl... you can't hide from them for your entire life, you know," Houaida chuckles. Ecca sighs and bites her fork in annoyance. "I know... but I don't know what do I want myself... ugh this is so annoying!" She has a suddenly thirst to slam her head the soup in front of her. But luckily, her mind stops her from doing that.

"It actually sounds romantic, isn't it? Three nice guys who likes you at the same time," Houaida takes a sip of her glass of juice and jokes. Ecca shakes her head and gives her a wry smile. "Do you wanna have a try? Three men bothering you all day in the entire damn week... Well I can't say it's not annoying if you ask me... including considerate my own feelings and stuff."

"Nah... I'm good with Hit." Houaida smiles softly when she thinks of the hot assassin. It's really obvious that she is 100% in love with him. Ecca looks at her blushing face and chuckles.

~Time Skip~

It's just half an hour away from dinner. Ecca is in the lounge and watching TV. She is so bored as she feels a bit hot. *maybe it's the weather?* she shrugs and thinks.

"Ecca?" She turns her head around when she hears a voice calling her name. Fu and Hearts, along with Zamasu walks to her.

"Ecca, remember what we get from the past? Show them." Fu smiles, "I'm going to tell them I'm innocent and I didn't do anything."

Ecca chuckles. She switches off the TV which only she is watching. "Ta da! Here you go, Fu!" She tales out her phone and shows the boys the video. It is clearly shown that a random demon soldier is the one that hurt Hearts in the battle, not Fu.

"Tch... I forgot they are both capable of traveling in time..." Zamasu bites his lips, a bit irritated. Hearts notices his anger deep in his soul. He just glares at him and chuckles a little.

"But, I think I won't blame you if you mistook Fu as the murderer, because he is a demon after all. I once thought that he's by Kodaika's side. But it turns out he's a kinda nice guy!" Ecca smiles at the purple skin male. He chuckles and rubs her hair.

"If you say so, Ecca..." Fu then glares at Zamasu and Hearts, "I won't pick up on them, then!" He chuckles and makes a funny face in front of them. Ecca laughs.
