When the house quiets down, she sneaks down and opens the fridge. She lets out a relief sigh when she sees that there are still chocolate cake left. Of course she will never stop loving chocolate cake, especially his.

She remembers everytime she stayed over his place, making this cake is the one thing they always have to do, it was their own little tradition.

She cuts a big piece out and taking a fork quietly walks out the house.

She looks at her phone, seeing that it's 2 am now. The neighbourhood is quiet, as it always is at this time.

She holds her fork in between her teeth as she looks around the empty streets. She knows where to go. She walks for a bit, to the park near her house.

She's never really like her town, it feels too small. But in times like this, she loves it. She'll never be able to feel safe walking around at 2 am in where she's studying. But here, it's home, it's safe, it's her town.

She walks in the park, to the familiar tree house, the icon of her town. She walks to the ladder with her cake and fork when she sees a light above. Who can be in the park at this hour.

She holds her fork a little tighter, ready to jab at someone if they attack.

"Hello?" The person from above asks, hearing her footsteps on the grass.

"Hi." She replies innocently.

A head pops up from the frame looking down. "Y/n?"

She looks. "Niall." She scoffs. "What the hell are you doing out here at 2 am? You scared the crap out of me." She says.

"What the hell are you doing out here at 2 am?" He asks back.

"Well," She huffs. "Well I'm here to eat cake."

He looks at the cake in her hand. "Come on up."
