I knew I was getting him a doughnut, but it wasn't enough.
I owe Noah, he's literally one of my best friends and I'm getting him a DOUGHNUT, A DOUGHNUT!!
"Don't worry about your present, Noah it's coming." I winked at him.

"I'll have a Chocolate Glazed Doughnut with a Iced Vinnila Coffee."
"And he'll have a Krispy Cream Doughnut with a large tea."
Obviously I knew what he wanted, I'm one of his best friends
Noah and I sat down and talked while we waited for our order.
"So is this my present?" Noah said looking around.
"No! Of course not! Why would this be your present? I'm one of your best friends and you think I'm getting you a doughnut for you birthday.!!!"
I rambled in fear.
Noah looked confused
"Oh - um well, it's ok if you didn't get me anything." He said as he grabbed my hand.
I smiled at him and looked into his eyes. I loved his eyes, they were so beautiful and pure. I could look at them all day long if I could.
Wait why am I -
We were interrupted by the waiter who placed our drinks and doughnut on our table.
"Thanks." I said taking a sip of my drink.
*My Phone Vibrated*

Sorry, I won't be able to make it to dunkin', I have a dentist appointment 😔.
It's ok? I'm with Noah and we just having coffee and doughnuts 🤪

"Looks like Jae, won't be joining us. She has a last minute dentist appointment." I informed Noah
"Oh well..." He replied and took a bite of his doughnut
After we chilled at Dunkin' for an hour, We went to his house to do some homework.

"I have so much History homework." Noah sighed as he took his books out from his backpack and threw them on his bed.
"I don't understand the point of History anyways, what are learning about the past? It's not we going to benefit from it." He complained
I found it lowkey adorable, I giggled
"Let's get started then!" I jumped on the bed beside him.
2 hours later
"Done!"
I enthused as I shut my book closed, then looked at the time and I realized I was going to be late for dinner.
"Agh!! I'm going to be late for dinner." I shoved my books in my backpack aggressively .
"I'll walk you home, it's down the street anyway." Noah offered

We walked down the street, very slowly.
"Did you have a great birthday?" I don't know why I asked that question, I literally ignored him for half of it.
"Well, in the beginning it was a bit weird because someone I love wasn't speaking to me for some reason -
Me? No can't be
" -, but then she finally spoke to me and we had a great time at my favorite place on earth, Dunkin. " He grinned
Was he talking about me, wait, hold up! He L0vEs me? Maybe he means as a friend, yeah he probably means he loves me as a friend. Right?
Noah stopped and turned towards me, he grabbed my hand and looked into my eyes, I could feel him looking into my soul,his pupils expanded and his cheeks turned a light pink color.
"Um - Noah?" I questioned as he leaned in closer
He then wrapped his hands under arms and rested his head on my right shoulder.
"Thank you for the best day ever, Zoey." He whispered into my ear.
I felt a shiver down my spine.
