Brulee often visit Croissant wanting to hear the latter telling stories about her mission. Don't know what happen during the 3 months but Brulee was suddenly interested in reading a book about a prince and a princess. And she often ask Croissant to read it for her.
It was not bad, but far from real. All the romance about the prince rescuing the princess from a dragon, was far too complicated to be understand by Croissant.
'Couldn't she just saved herself, why wait for the Prince' She thought after closing the book
"Did you like the story, Brulee?" Croissant ask
"Yeah, the Prince reminded me of Katakuri onii-chan" Brulee said
"Why do you say that?"
"Well, Onii-chan always come to the rescue when I'm in trouble"
"I see. You really love Katakuri, don't you"
"Of course I do, oh and Nee-chan close your eyes" Brulee said
"Do you have something for me?" Croissant ask with one eye close
"Just close your eyes" Brulee puffed her cheek
Then Croissant felt a light touch on her cheeks, she open her eyes to see Brulee kiss her cheek.
"I read in a book, that if you love someone, you gave them a kiss on the cheek, nee-chan" Brulee said smiling
"And I love you, you're already like a sister to me" Brulee said while hugging Croissant.
"Can I get a kiss too?" Ares said destroying the lovely family mood.
"Well, I don't love you Ares" Brulee said showing her tongue to him.

After all that, Brulee would give little peck on almost all her sibling, the older one was delighted, but some like Cracker was annoyed from the uncommon affection.
Cracker was also being more flustered then ever, he was debating in himself about should he give a peck to Croissant. After the explanation Brulee gave, Croissant was kind enough not to tease him. She show and pointed her cheek to him, a sign meaning if he wanted to, she doesn't mind.
Cracker moved swiftly and kiss her cheek like all his life demanded, Cracker was about to run, when Croissant grabbed him and return the kiss on his cheek, making his face blushed.
The older one was not being their age and demanded a kiss too, Croissant being a kind girl, gave them all a peck, except Katakuri, he just didn't seem all that interested.
"If all the sister would be like Croissant and Brulee" Oven said.
"They grow up so fast, perorin"
"You sound like an old man, Peros-nii" Daifuku commented.

Days at the Chateu was just like Croissant remember, but because of her injuries, she was told to rest in her room. So she often spend her days resting or just reading some books. One day, Katakuri told her that in less than a month, she would go with Big Mom.
"I see" Croissant said while in bed. Katakuri look worried.
"I will be fine, Katakuri." Croissant said to Katakuri while smiling.
Katakuri looked at her worried, he was worried that he could lose her at any moment, why was he feeling that, what did he wanted to do back on the ship back then.
He then moved closer to Croissant, cupping her cheek with his palm, she then snuggled herself to his warm hand while holding it now.
"Kata?" Croissant called
