After all that ordeal, Croissant went to clean herself, people were shock and soon were running away at the sight of her blood drenched figure. She walked by the infirmary, peeking inside to see, that Cracker's wound has been treated, sighing in relieved.
Ares was silent, not knowing what to say. Croissant also didn't say anything, after she got to her room, she took a bath then went straight to bed, not having an appetite to eat dinner that night.

Croissant often visit Cracker, she did have a soft spot for him, forgetting for a moment, the confession Katakuri gave her. Speaking of Katakuri, she didn't see him after the attack much.
"Cro nee-chan..." Cracker said while laying on his bed.
"Yes, Cracker, Is something wrong?" Croissant ask
"No.. It just.. It hurts.. nee-chan" Cracker said while beginning to tear up.
"You will be fine, dear" Croissant said holding Cracker's hand
'They should have pay more for hurting him..' Croissant thought
"The painkillers should take effect soon." She said
"You're a man right, hold back those tears now." She said smiling
Cracker held back his tears and nodded. The doctor said that his eyes weren't injured, and he could see again when it heals. But the chance of scarring were high.
Every time she didn't do anything, her thoughts would ran towards Katakuri. After all that, would he still like her, would he still like a cold-blooded monster.
Speaking of him, when she was just about to get up from her seat, Katakuri enter the infirmary, he strode to stand beside Croissant and looked at Cracker who was already starting to fall asleep. Deciding to just ask him about what she thought she said. "Do you think I'm a monster Katakuri?"
"If looking like you is a monster, what am I?" He answer almost immediately
"I wasn't talking about looks, but you're far from being a monster" Croissant said honestly.
"Then you aren't too" Katakuri said
"*sigh then.." Croissant finally facing Katakuri.
"Do you still like a cold-blooded killing machine like me?" She said seriously.
Katakuri looked at Croissant and immediately pressed his lips to hers. Its starting to be a new habit.
"Katakuri!!" Croissant yelled while shoving Katakuri, but immediately close her mouth, afraid of waking Cracker up.
"Don't say such thing" Katakuri finally talking.
"You are not cold-blooded." He said while looking deep into Croissant's eyes.
Croissant didn't say anything. "You will set sail in a week, you're the only, none of the siblings are going, so take care of yourself." Katakuri said breaking the silent.
"All right.." Croissant said turning her body to the door.
"I want some time alone" She said leaving Katakuri.
"..."
"..."
"I know, you are awake, Cracker" Katakuri said.
"Ne Onii-chan, do you like Cro nee-chan?" Cracker ask opening his eyes.
"..."
"You should marry her, nii-chan. If she is the wife of my brother, she will be my real sister."
