Croissant throw herself up from the bed, breathing heavily, and drenched with cold sweat. "Cro?" Katakuri called her. "Are you okay?" Those words.. After 3 years nobody asked her that, suddenly tears began dropping down her cheeks

Croissant clutch the duvet hard, but then Katakuri's big arm envelop hers. She placed her chin on his shoulder confused, she was receiving a hug from him. Something that no one had ever did after she had nightmare for this past 3 years. 

"I don't know what happen, you don't need to tell me now. But I am here for you"

Croissant began clutching Katakuri's back and cried even more. "I-I.." Croissant was at lost of words.

After a while, Croissant stop crying and started to gather her voice. Suddenly realizing she had attack Brulee she immediately asked Katakuri what happen to her, she was relieved nothing happen to her and wanted to apologize to her soon.

But was stop by Katakuri saying its in the middle of the night. Croissant began telling Katakuri her past, it was a devil fruit related to mirror that lead her race to destruction, she was dreaming about that just before Brulee came.

It was more of nightmare so maybe that's why she snap when the real thing appear in front of her, she also wanted to tell him what happen at Queen Mama Chanter.

"Do you know what they taught me, Kata?" Croissant ask, Croissant then put her arm out and cut a bit to make her bleed, Katakuri instantly frown at the action. But he was surprised to see the blood stop.

"Can you heal now?" Katakuri ask, Croissant shake her head, she looked at the wound and made the blood flow again, it immediately started bleeding again.

"I still need treatment" Croissant said calmly.

"Then why you injured yourself!" Katakuri said annoyed was in his voice.

He immediately grab a first aid kit and treat the wound. Croissant wanted to tell him more but when she remembered them she would stuttered. Katakuri didn't pushed and told her anytime is fine.

But she wanted to tell him, so she told him little by little how she killed people by controlling their blood, she put her face in her palm, shaking.

"I'm a monster now, Kata" she said

"I like you Kata, now I know that I like you but do you still like me?"

"I don't deserve your love.." 

Katakuri eyes show shocked for a moment he didn't say anything but pull Croissant arm to make her closer to him and lifted her chin, crashing his lips to hers, but it was different than the past one she received, it was more dominant.

He then lick the bottom lip of hers asking for entrance but Croissant was confused at the action as she was not familiar with it, when Katakuri grope her breast, Croissant gasp, making Katakuri's tongue immediately able to ravish her inner wall.

Lack of air made the two of them separate leaving a string of saliva between them. Croissant face was flush and Katakuri also had a tint of pink on his cheek.

"Did you think I would be able to do that if I don't like you" Katakuri asked back.

"That now was a kiss, it was not a peck like the past" Katakuri said smirking.
