There was a huge boom that rang from the sky. "What was that," Carter said, confused. "They have started," Atlas said, trembling from head to toe. "What has started?!" Carter said, slowly getting irritated. "The Trials, you dumb ass," Macho yelled at him. "The trials are a system of tests that put you through vigorous battles against people and monsters of Hell themselves," Macho said, grinning like a Cheshire Cat. "But we have yet to win a Trials. We are the laughing stock of the limbo realm." Said Sly, pulling a sword and a rag out of his pocket and wiping it off.The Uncalled Four are staring at the ground with disappointment in their eyes and fear.

"So what the hell are we doing standing around here. If I am ever going to get back to regular limbo. No, if I am ever to get back to my family. We can't just stand here and wait around like a bunch of bums!" Carter said with determination. His voice had sent a spark that had long been burnt out and rekindled once again. "YEAH, YOU ARE RIGHT!" Said Macho, his voice boomed over the forest. "Yeah, let's do it!" Said Atlas, smiling and getting his stuff ready. Silas and Sly looked at each other and knew they had found a new "Brainy." They smiled and caught up with the group. The group officially became the Uncalled Five.

After miles and miles of walking, they finally arrive at their destination. "Man...That walk was brutal." Carter said, breathing heavily. He had been gasping for air, leaning on a tree as the administration officers had been standing there watching him. The officers began to laugh as Carter, and the group lifted themselves off the wall and walked toward the table. "Now, what are you laughing at, punk?" Macho said as his face sneered at the officers. Both of them looked at each other and froze. "N-Nothing. But if you are here to sign up, you are just in time.If I were you, though, I would not even enter. You guys don't even look cut for this type of tournament." Said the officer, laughing again. The officers looked like brothers. One was portly and tiny, and the other was muscular and tall. The tall officer said, "Here are the application forms, and once you finish that, you will get a number and head into the room in front of you." They filled out the forms and grabbed the numbers from the officers.

The group walked toward the room. "Thank you, guys," Carter said, trailing behind them. Both of them waved, smiling. "Boy, that kid is pretty nice." Said the Tall Officer. "They are going to get demolished." Said the portly one. They walked into the room filled with a crowd of people. Filled with magic, Carter had been intrigued by everything around him. "Hey Carter," said Silas, tapping his shoulder. "Do not forget that you do not have powers. So stay clear of strong ones and eliminate ones you think you can defeat." He said, walking away. "Wait, Silas!" Carter said as Silas disappeared with the crowd. Carter remembered what Macho had told him while walking to the room. "If we meet in the match, Silas won't be there to save your ass. I will demolish you!" Carter began to smile and laugh as a screen came down, grasping the attention of everyone. "HOWDY! WELCOME TO THE DUNGEON!" Said the announcer guy. "THE NAME IS LIEV! I AM THE ANNOUNCER FOR THE 23rd ANNUAL TRIALS!" He said, smiling. Liev looked like he hid something behind that smile, and it was just waiting to be uncovered.

Carter noticed that someone had been mean-mugging him and trying to make him scared. Carter then began to taunt him as well. Both of them were going back and forth. The ground would begin to shake and start to collapse around them. Everyone began to scream as the announcer laughed and said,

"LET THE TRIALS BEGIN!" LIEV SAID
