The prompt for this was 'water'. I had a really good idea in my head but it turned out rubbish. However, here it is:
Water. So calm, yet so deadly.
An element that can result in any shape or form, any volume.
Snowflakes whiter than fresh cotton enveloping every bare surface in a glistening hug, perfecting the fragmented canvas.
Curtains of white torrent adorning smooth rocks, whose rough and calloused layers had been worn away aeons long since.
Bathing in the lukewarm luxury, as layers upon layers of grime and sweat cascade into the now murky waters.
The comfort of a cool rush of water, tumbling through your barren lips, as humidity encases you, or an aromatic beverage, coaxing you into a warm, winters night.
Nevertheless, the captivating liquid could be all but sincere.
Transforming into raging tropical storms, it can devour the warm seas, torment the lives of citizens.
Rogue upsurges swallowing anything that disrupts its path.
Your head pounding, every inch of your body crying out for oxygen as the infernal ocean lures you in.
It can strip you from life as brisk as a snap.
Water. So calm, yet so deadly.
Done! This was absolutely awful, I'm so sorry :(
