She raised her head to see Dylan and from his expression she understood that he too was having her same thoughts.
His eyes were shiny and he had that sweet smile on his face ...
The babies would love him, she was sure.

Suddenly, the doctor started talking.
"Babies are healthy, but one of them is slightly smaller than the other. I must warn you: natural childbirth is not a walk ... And if it is a natural twin birth, well ... The risks increase both for you, Miss Shen, and for the kids. To minimize the risks, I recommend a cesarean section. "
The doctor went on to list all the risks and benefits of both natural childbirth and cesarean section.
After allowing Dylan and Yue time to confront, they both decided that cesarean section was the best option.
Together with the doctor they fixed the date of the surgery, which would take place in nine weeks.
The doctor left the room to go and get some documents and left them alone in the room.
