Apollo to heal a broken Hades

Straight into hell....

NICO'S P.O.V

"Soooo..." Delilah said after moments of complete silence. "There's this awesome thing called Shadow travel, let's try it. Walking is for sons of Apollo." She giggled as she peeked a glance at Will.
"Clearly your inexperienced with us children of light, we ride in chariots."
"All the better reason for us not to be heading of toward no mans land." We all turned to Shane, our mouths open in shock, he was being responsive.
"What do you suggest we do Shane?" Will asked ever so carefully, as if talking to a patient.
"We need to go to daddy's castle." Shane answered, his voice monotone and distant, a confused expression coming over his face.

I walked over to where will was standing beside Shane.
"He just called Hades Daddy, and he knows where we need to go." I whispered in his ear, quiet so only he could hear.
Will just shrugged, his answer interrupted by Delilah.
"Great, we'll shadow travel in." She clapped her hands, and went to grab all our arms. Will grabbed hers and my arms, and Shane Delilah's.
"Hold it!" I called, wrenching free of Wills grip.
"I'm not shadow travelling anywhere inside that place!" I said, and defiantly at that.
"Why brother, you've recovered right?" Delilah asked, Will placing a hand on my shoulder.
"Gods, you guys are hopeless." I said. "If Hades has no control over anything anymore, who knows what's going on in there. Complete havoc if you ask me, I'm not shadow travelling into what could be hell."
"Technically Hell is the mortals description of the underworld, so let's go." She sounded determined to get there, further helping my opinion that she wasn't the one responsible for this. Will nodded to my statement though.
"Yeah no, Nico's right. Let's take the normals demigod entrance. DOA recording studios, or doors of Orpheus, pick your death." Will said, and just Delilah giggled, again.
"It's not death silly, we're children of the underworld, we belong there." Pleasant thoughts.
"DOA recording studios." I answered, "They know us there, and, once the quest is complete, we can just shadow travel out." Everyone nodded to my answer, surprisingly, even Shane.
"Death upon arrival it is." Will said, sighing.
"Can we at least shadow travel there party pooper." Delilah pouted.
"Yeah, yeah, let's shadow travel to Los Angeles." I took a deep breath.
"If Delilah and I both work together on this, will the aid of Shane, we should get there in one leap." I had everyone's approval, and I turned to explain Shane the concept so he could help.

WILL'S P.O.V

What could I say, I wasn't comfortable with shadow traveling and neither was I comfortable with going into the underworld. A place where no natural light existed, miles below ground, angry spirits and hellhounds attacking. Gods, I agreed with Nico's idea, hell.

"We're ready," Nico called out, bringing me back to the real world. Catching sight of me though, he put a hand out to Delilah and Shane, "one minute." He said.

"Will, are you okay, you look a little pale." He put a hand on my arm, his eyes deep and concerned.
"When did you become the responsible one." I tried to joke, putting on a fake smile. "just a little nervous that's all, it's all new stuff, but I'll be fine, don't worry." I brushed him off, wanting to get this quest over and done with.
Nico placed a quick kiss on my lips, before pulling me over to where the rest of them stood.
"Are we ready now?" Delilah asked impatiently. I nodded, and to that, she was satisfied.
"Alright then." Nico said, and once again, I placed my arm around him and Delilah, and Shane put his arm on Delilah.

I clenched my eyes shut when I felt it beginning, my stomach began to feel as if if was dropping, like when your an a roller coaster and you go downhill, except I was going down at inhuman speed.

Before I knew it, we were in Los Angeles.
"Will?" Nico said. "You can open your eyes now."
Slowly, I took a deep breath, feeling my cheeks heat up with being caught so nervous.
"Yeah... I was just..." I trailed of on the end, no excuse coming to mind. Nico just nodded, sympathetic, understanding, and gods, how I loved him.

When I came back around to the real world, I found myself face to face to death on arrival, DOA studios.

Anyways, I hope you like the updates. I've only just gotten a brief idea one how this is going to end up. I swear, I write of a plan, and they are the most useless things to walk the earth!! Stories and characters have a mind of their own! No, I wasn't even going to bring Shane in when I thought up the idea. I literally had no idea he was arriving until that chapter. When I started this, I wasn't even going to do a quest! Oh and characters that want to make an appearance don't even knock before entering, they're just there!! Either I'm possessed by the story, or the mind is a weird thing.. XD
