He loved this artist he found on Instagram a while back and has been saving his whole arm until he had the time and money to go to Korea to get it. Jungkook is a small time tattoo artist who has no idea who Taehyung is. While getting Taehyung's sleeve done, they can't deny the attraction they have for each other.
