Summary:
Kim Taehyung is a half-demon and expert on Daemonology. The local police department hire him to help them on a demon serial killer case that is out of their hands. In fact, it's out of Taehyung's hands too. He needs the help of elite demons, the Bangtan cluster. After getting off on the wrong foot, can he ever save the humans and kill this murderous demon? What about his own heart?

Really interesting world the author made. There are all sorts of demons with all sorts of powers. Half demons have heightened senses, but they don't hold any powers.
This story feels fast, like an action movie. From the first chapter, Taehyung is working on this case and constantly running around trying to find the killer. A lot of moments that could be soft, turn into action scenes, soon after.
I wish there were more slow, soft moments, so the story doesn't feel so fast. It would have been nice to see more of a struggle for Taehyung to open up to the others. It feels like he changed his beliefs very fast, and someone who's held on to these beliefs for all his life, it should have been more of a struggle to accept new ones.
It also would have been nice to just take more time to learn each of the members and their backgrounds. We learn, vaguely of their history, but nothing fully played out. But, with the pacing of this story, the brief mentioning of their histories are okay.
Slowing down the pacing, and exploring more of the characters background or even the world's background would have been nice. (At one point Taehyung is fighting a "soulless" and mentions meeting one only once before) exploring more of Taehyung's history could have been cool too.
Overall though, it was a well put together story.

Taehyung's father left when he was young, his mother never really loved him, and because of his yellow eyes, he never really had friends. Growing up alone, Taehyung become cold and distant.
Taehyung has only read a lot about demons and helping the police (and also growing up without love from either parent), Taehyung hasn't met many kind demons and is quick to judge.
After asking for help from bangtan, they quickly take Taehyung under their wing and try to get him to open up to them. Aftet a while, Taehyung let's himself love.
