Getting Ready

alright! i hope you are all enjoying the story so far!! thank you so much for reading this!! <3 some people have told me i need to stop typing in text format, i realized that is probably a good idea so im going to try to type every thing out from now on. buutt i do make mistakes and accidently switch back. if i do im sorrryyy i promise to try and get better :D

Zaras POV:

after the concert the guys all ran of stage to me. they grabbed my hands and led me to their dressing room to hang out for a few minutes while they took turns showering and changing their clothes.

"so where do you want to go?" Andy asked my while Jinxx was pulling a shirt over his head

"im not sure what there is to do around here, to be honest im not even sure what city we're even in!" i admitted

Jinxx laughed and said "right now we're in LA"

"wait...you mean we're actually in LA?!" i exclaimed

"yyeeeahh...." CC clarified for me as he was strumming Jinxx' guitar

"hey man dont touch that! you're not even doing it right and i just replaced those strings" Jinxx scolded as he took his oujia board guitar away from him

CC looked sad for a moment but then he perked up and asked me "so why are you so excited that we are in LA?"

"well, i guess i always wanted to come here. you know get into the music business. ive always lvoed music and i guess i connected LA to my dream" i explained to them

"well to be honest this is our half way point in the tour so thats why we're even in LA" Andy said

"what do you mean? what does the half way point have to do with LA?" i asked confused

"well half way through the tour we get a break, usually about two weeks or so so Andy can rest his voice and we can rest our fingers to get ready for the last part of the tour. we make the last show before the halfway oint in LA becuase we all live here anyway." Jinxx explained

"and this way we are not wasting some of our break on the road coming home. we just leave the venue and start our mini vacation" CC finished

"so you guys live here?" i asked

"yuper" Ashley said as he came back from his shower and was also pulling a shirt over his head "you get to hang out with us for 3 whole weeks before we get back on the road!"

"not that im not excited about all of this but...." i trailed off

"but what?" CC asked

"but where am i going to stay...?" i asked scared about the answer

they all cracked up laughing and when they finally composed themselves Jinxx said "you'll stay with us silly!"

"dont you guys all live apart?" i asked confused

"kind of...see we used to all live on completly different sides of the city but it got hard to write the album that way becuase we would stay up unti 5 in the morning at one of our houses and then the rest of the guys would end up staying the night anyway." CC exlplained

"sooo instead of us all moving in together and being all crammed into one house, we simply bought 2 apartments near my house. Andy and CC live in one and Jinxx and Jake live in the other. both the aparmtnet are full so would you like to stay at my house? i have an extra bedroom." Ash suggested

"sure, that sounds good to me" i complied as i looked around and al the guys were smiling and nodding their heads at the decision. "so what do you guys want to do?"

"i thnk we all need to party!!!!" CC jumped up and down "i cant remember the last time i got wasted!"

"dude...you were wasted the other night remember?" Jake reminded him

"no, i was to drunk to remeber anything!" CC objected not realized the oxymoron he just made

we all just stared at him not saying anything, then almost in unision we all cracked up!!!

"whaattt?" CC asked sadly

i went over and wrapped my arms around him and hugged him "nothing is wrong CC, everyting is fine"

"alright then, sooo can we pleeeaassee go to a bar and party?" CC pouted

"yeeahh!! lets go!" Andy exclaimed

"im not old enough..." i said quietly

the only one close enough to hear me was CC and he straightened up to look down at me with confusion in his eyes with my arms still around him because he was warm. then he nodded in understanding

"guys we gotta go The Panther tonight" CC spoke up so all of the guys could hear him

"why not go to the The Shadow like always?" Andy asked

CC looked pointedly at me and all of the guys said "ohhh"

"well alright, lets go to The Panther!" Ash said as he started to walk out back door

"wait!" i exclaimed to the guys

"what?" Jinxx asked

"shouldnt i wash my face first?" i asked

Jake laughed and went into the bathroom and came back out with a wer washcloth. he walked over to me and gently runned the makeup off of me with it. it took a fe wminutes becuase ANdy had put it on so thick but it all came off in the end.

once it was all off Jinxx threw the washcloth on a couch and asked "ready to go now?"

"but im not dressed for a club, i mean i dont have any jewley, makeup or anything..." i trailed off

"Ash, makeups ur area of expertise!" Jinxx laughed as he stepped back and Ash stepped forward. he ook my hand and lead me over to sit in a chair and got to work on me. it took a while becuase i kept moving to try to look at myself but he kept a firm grip on my shoulder so i couldnt.

"there, all done" he said as he put a brush down. the guys all waited for me to whirl around and look in the mirror like ive been trying to do but i didnt move. i just kept looking at Ash

"what?" he asked confused

"am i allowed to look now?" i asked laughing

the guys laughed and Ash said "yes you may look little Zara!"

fast as lightning i whirled around and saw myself in the mirror. i looked at least 25! i looked up at Ash in the mirror and said "screw being a bassist! you should be a makeup artist!"

Ash laughed and said "thanks Zara but i already have a degree in graphic designe soooo maybe on day, but untill then i think ill stick with being a bassist for now cus i dont have time to go back to school. but you are missing one thing. you cant only wear one necklace, not with the way your body is shaped"

as he said that he brought his star necklace over his head and draped it over my own. it came to just about the same length that Andys necklace did.

"NOW your ready to go" Ash proclaimed

"YAY!" i squeeled as i hopped out of the chair and gave him a huge hug "thank you Ash! now lets go dance!!"

with that we all went out the back door and headed down the sidewalk to The Panther

hope you all liked it!! and no nothing has happened between Zara and any of the guys yet. im still trying to get a feel for who is the best one of them for her to end up with. i know you all want her to end up with Andy but i just feel like the girl always falls for Andy...maybe its time for a change. but then again maybe not lol we'll see how it goes but untill then she is up for grabs!!! lol
