hey guys! i hope you've all enjoyed the story so far! i just wanted to thank you for all the votes and comments and of course all the marvolous fans i have!!! :D i really do appreciate all the uspport i get from you guys <3 i hope the length of this makes up for the delay in posting it lol ive been really busy with school lately

ASH POV:

we waited in the alley curled up together until we heard the sirens getting closer then i said "we should go meet them so so they don't pass us"

she nodded and i helped her stand up. once she was fully standing i saw my shirt came down to her thighs and fully covered her.

i took her hand in mine and led her through the alley to the approaching sirens. we passed the thug passed out still on the ground. when Zara saw him she flinched away from him and into my side. i wrapped my arm around her and switched sides so she wasn't near him.

the ambulance and police cars stopped at the mouth of the alley and they all jumped out

"MISS? MISS ARE YOU ALRIGHT?" the EMT asked her

"IS THIS THE MAN WHO ATTACKED YOU?!" an officer asked as he advanced on me with handcuff in his hand.

i quickly held my hands up and Zara hurriedly said "nononono hes the one who SAVED me...."

"sorry Mr." the cop said. i nodded in response and wrapped Zara up in my arms again to try to keep her warm "so where IS the guy who attacked you? the guy who called us said he was here.."

"hes back there unconscious" i told them as i nodded my head in the general direction.

one of the cops immediately went back there to get him while an EMT said "miss would you like us to check you out to make sure your alright?"

"yes she would" i answered for her. Zara looked at me with a scowl but i simply told her "better to make sure"

the EMT led us the back of the ambulance and started his check up while a cop came over and started asking Zara and i questions

"hello my name is officer Jones. do either of you know the man who attacked you?" he asked

"i don't know his name but I've seen him before" Zara answered softly

"and where have you seen him?" he asked as he wrote things down on a pad of paper

Zara looked up at me and nodded in encouragement

"t-t-the last time he raped me..." she replied

"I'm sorry miss...how long ago did he rape you?" Jones asked sounding genuinely sorry

"when did you guys find me?" she asked looking up at me

"it was about a week ago" i told her and the officer

"and where did this happen?" he continued

"in Tennessee" Zara answered

everyone around us gasped with shock along with officer Jones

"what" i asked them

"its very uncommon for a rapist to follow a victim that far...but may i ask what brought you guys here from Tennessee?" Jones asked us

"well I'm in a band and we're currently touring so we move around a lot." i answered him

"ahh i see, well that's all i have to ask for now but don't worry miss, we have more than enough evidence to put this guys away fro quite some time" Jones reassured Zara
