It was now the day of the event and I was getting ready. I had taken as shower and was now doing my hair and makeup. After finishing that I put on my dress and jewellery. I put on my heels last and grabbed my small, blue bag for my phone and other necessities.

I hear a quick knock at my door. I open the hotel door and find Louis there in a tux.

"You ready?" We both ask at the same time. We laugh and nod and are out the door quickly. The event was half an hour away and we talked through the whole ride. When we got there the paps had arrived and were taking pictures of the celebs as they walked in. I could already see people like Ariana Grande and Anne Hathaway, who may not need to be here but came for the support.
Louis and I walk towards the door stopping a few times for the paps to get a good photo. Inside was already packed. I spotted Harry, Niall and Liam standing together with Ed Sheeran and the 5SOS boys. I dragged Louis over to them.
"Hey, make sure Louis doesn't do anything stupid. I have to go get mic'd up so I can't watch the bugger. Keep an eye on him or he'll disappear right before he's supposed to go on." I say to the boys. I turn to Louis. "Remember you're up after Ed here, please go get ready while he's performing so I don't have to find you during his performance." And with that I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and walked backstage to get ready. I see John standing there with his assistant so I walk up.
"Hi Uncle John!" I say and give him a quick hug.
"Kayleigh, you're here!" He says as we hug. We break apart and he looks me over. "You look as beautiful as always."
"Thanks John." I chuckle. "I need to get my mic on but it's nice to see you."
Ten minutes later we were ready to start. I walked on stage and waited for the cameraman's signal. When I saw it I started speaking confidently.
"Hello everyone! I'd like to thank you for coming to Audio Edits fifty fourth annual Charity Event Live!" I say. People start clapping. "Ok now. We've got a special line up of talented artists for you tonight. One of them being my very own client Louis Tomlinson!" Again more clapping and cheering. "This year the money we raise will go to SOS Children's Village! They're a non-profit charity who try to give every child a better life. They have created nearly a hundred and fifty different communities worldwide where children can live under the care of lovely people who have volunteered to take care of them. Since it was founded it has help millions of kids who were once abandoned, abused or left as orphans. We hope to help them build more of these such communities to help millions of other kids in need."
"Now onto what you all came here for! The music!" I say. "Our first artist of the night is...... Shawn Mendes singing Treat You Better and Señorita with the help of the one and only Camila Cabello!" Shawn makes his way onstage and I give him a quick hug and 'good luck'. I make my way off stage and into the crowd watching. I look around trying to find Louis and the boys, but spot someone else. I walk up to them and tap their shoulder. He turns around and I smile at him before we hug.
"Hey Z long time no see" I say to Zayn Malik. He and I have gotten close over the years as my Uncle has signed him a few months after he left the band. We met on my sixth year hosting this and we struck up a conversation and became fast friends.
"Hey K, yeah sorry about that. Been a bit busy. Then again it's only been a month. Anyways how are you? You look great" he says.
"I'm not doing too bad a little tired of the media's lies. Thanks. You look great too!How are you? You still with Gigi?" I ask.
"I'm good yeah just released a new single there the other day. No I'm not actually. Gigi and I split there a couple weeks ago after she tried to fake a pregnancy to get me to stay with her." He says rolling his eyes.
"Oh I'm sorry that's horrible. No one should pretend their pregnant for anything." I say putting my hand on my stomach.
"I know K, I know. You're doing great. You shouldn't cry anymore over that bastard. He doesn't deserve it." He says bringing me into another hug.
"I know but I can't help it. Besides I'm not crying over the bastard I'm crying over what happened afterwards."
"I know and I'm here for you alright. So is Lou."
"Thanks Z. Speaking of Lou he's here and so are the other boys if you wanna help me find them?" I say breaking our hug.
"The other boys?"
"Yeah, Niall, Harry and Liam are here to. I invited them."
"That's cool, you've finally met the whole band then. I'd love to see them again."
"Yeah. Now come on Shawn is almost done his first song." I say before grabbing Zayn's arm and dragging him after me.
