We Need A Reunion

Part 19

Briana dropped Freddie off with Louis around 10am. They went out to the park and were going to be out all day so I decided to lounge around until I had to meet Zayn.

We were gonna go to the cinema and see the newest marvel movie. It's a tradition we had every time we met up we had to watch a marvel movie. By this point I'd say we've watched them all.

Zayn picked me up around 4pm and we got in the cinema with little trouble. There weren't many people in as it was a Monday. The movie was great, when it was over Zayn suggested getting something to eat. After getting some food from the drive thru we parked and started to eat.

"So what's the craic?" I ask. Zayn laughed at my slang before answering.

"I've an interview tomorrow with Capital and then I have to go and record something after that. It's not that busy for me at the moment. What about you? Are you gonna go on tour with the boys?"

"I might, depends on if I'm allowed really. I mean I'm not in the band and I'm not part of the crew or staff so I've not got a real reason to join them."

"So, what was your idea you were going on about in LA? The surprise thing?"

My eyes lit up and I started describing my idea to him.

"I'll have to talk to 1D's management about it but I think it'll be fun."

"Yeah I'm totally in. It'd be funny to see their faces when it happens." We both start laughing at that. We talked some more before I brought up something I wanted to ask him.

"Did you use to like Liam? I could see something was there when you saw him." I ask.

"At a time, yeah. I mean he was fun to be around and he was always called the dad of the group while I was called the mom. I didn't say anything because he's straight and I'm pan. He was just so bubbly, even when he got stuck in a hole on stage. He just made the most of every moment."

I smile at him before noticing the time. "Oh my god, it's 9 o'clock already? Where'd all the time go?" I say laughing.

"I don't know but is it alright if I drop you home now? I've gotta call my manager before bed to make sure I've the times and things right for tomorrow."

"Yeah, naw, that's fine I wanna spend some time with Freddie before he goes to bed."

We arrive back at Louis' half an hour later. I give Zayn a hug before getting out and walking into the house.

"Auntie Kayleigh!" A voice screams before two small arms wrap around my legs. I smile and crouch down and give Freddie a hug.

"Hey you rascal! How have you been? Did you have fun today?" I ask him when he pulls away.

"I'm good! Today was great! We went to the park and bowling and Daddy got us food and ice cream!" He said jumping up and down. I laugh at the similarities between him and Louis before standing up again.

"That's great! I'm glad you had a good time. Now where's your jammies it's almost bedtime. I wanna see which ones you've got." I say. He giggles and races towards his room to look for his pyjamas.

"Hey Tommy I'm back!" I call out to Louis.

"In the living room!"

I walk towards the living room and see toys scattered all around Louis who was sitting in the middle of the floor. Freddie comes rushing back in with a pair of Avengers pyjamas on.

"Cool jammies Tommy Jr! But what have we told you about the toys?" I say to the excited four year old.

"Not to leave them all over the floor? I'll help clean them up now." He says picking up some toy cars and placing them in the toy box Louis has next to the TV.

Once everything was tidied up it was time for Freddie to go to bed. I waited in the living room while switching on the TV. Louis came in ten minutes later and sat down on the opposite end of the couch. I put my legs on top of his still looking at the TV.

"Had a good day then?" I ask.

"Yeah. He's great to have around. Keeps me on my toes though." Louis says back with fondness in his voice. "Just wish I could spend more time with him. I've got him for the week before mum takes him. She wanted a few days with him before Briana took him again."

"We'll make the most of the time you've got with him." I say patting his leg. "You wanna watch something? Nothing goods on but we could put on a movie or something?"

"Yeah. Put something on I don't mind. I've rehearsals with the boys first thing in the morning so you've got Freddie for a few hours." He says.

We watched Fast and Furious before heading to bed after checking on Freddie.
