Review:

First of all, the animation of the show is so dang good, and when I say it's dang good, the animation is top tier 10/10 100/100. The visuals are so breathtaking, and I'm only talking about visuals, I haven't even started about the story, the characters and the music. This anime knows how to play with your heart strings, no matter how hard you try to hold back your tears, you will still end up bawling your eyes out.

The story is impeccably written, and this show has one of the best character development I've ever witnessed. The music is fit for every scene that makes you feel just the right emotion. Another thing I like about this show is that the setting and the culture is European inspired on the 1900s, and it depicted the reality of war flawlessly. All in all, this show is low-key a masterpiece, hands down to those people who contributed into bringing this anime to life.

Where to watch:

Available on Netflix. The show is only 13 episodes long with some OVAs that is also available on Netflix. I watched it in a day, so might as well watch it now if you don't want to miss on something really good.

PS: Episode 10 is an absolute tearjerker, this is one of the most well-written episode I've ever seen.
