Review:

A lot of people say that this is one of the most influential anime out there, so I thought why not give it a try and check what's the fuss all about. I came watching the show knowing it's just mecha where robots go brrr, but then as I got further, I just realized that this anime is more than just mecha, it's got a lot of religious imagery, really deep and convoluted philosophy far from my understanding, and psychology.

Anyways, I enjoyed watching the show, the OP is really good, I dare not skip it. I love Asuka Langley as a character, but if she's a person I know in real life, I'm going to slap the life out of her, she can be really annoying sure, but when she was introduced, the show became more lively to me.

I'm not going to lie, the ending confused the hell out of me, after watching it, I just relied on theoretical videos on YouTube to explain everything to me. Yes, it can be confusing and all but I still recommend this to you guys so you can see why this is considered one of the most influential anime, and I can't be the only confused bitch this 2020. If you got a problem watching an old show, too bad you're missing on something crucial to anime history.
