Chapter 19: Leaving For The Summer.

Amy POV:

I looked around. I had no idea where I was... I was in someone's house? That's what I guessed. I looked to my right to see a picture of Sonic and Scourge hanging on the wall. I smiled at it, they looked so happy in the photo. I walked further into the house and I looked around the living room. It was kind of nice, although the furniture looked torn.

"Where am I? Hello?" I called out. 

I looked up to see another photo, this time of Scourge and Sonic joking around and messing with Shadow. I remember! I took that photo!

"Amy! Amy!" I heard someone call out.

"Is that you Sonic?" I asked.

"You're kidding, right? Wake up!"

I shot up and opened my eyes in a heartbeat. That was a dream? That's so strange! It seemed so real! I looked around to see Cream, Scourge, and Sally looking at me with worry.

"What happened?" I said.

"It's 11:30! Get ready to start packing your stuff up." Sally told me.

"Oh... Okay."

Silver POV:

*Time Skip To 12:00.*

I walked into my dorm after getting a drink from a vending machine and sighed. I set my drink down on my bedside table and grabbed my backpack and my duffel bag from my closet. I folded my blanket and put it in my bag.

"Are you really leaving?" I asked my dorm partner.

"Yes." Mephiles answered me.

"Do you WANT to leave?"

"We've already been over this."

"You don't have to leave if you don't want to..."

"Silver."

I grabbed my pillow and put it into my bag as well. I opened my bedside tables top drawer and looked over at Mephiles.

"You already know that I have to leave. Don't go after me." Mephiles told me.

"I can't promise I won't. That would break another promise I made." I informed him.

"...What?"

"Shadow and Blaze. They have a plan to go after you. And I'm coming with them."

"... Thank you for telling me but why inform me?"

"Because why not? They don't really care. We're going to get you to come back."

"I'm not coming back."

"Yes you are!"

"I can't."

"No matter how far you go, I'll always go farther to bring you back!" I grabbed two of my binders from my drawer and stuffed them into my backpack.

"Don't waste your time."

"You're my friend! You even said it. A friend is never a waste of time."

Then I heard a hard knock on the door. I opened it to see Shadow, with an angry look.

"Hey... What's up?" I asked him.

"Keep it down, me and Blaze could hear you two argue from a mile away."

"Okay..."

Shadow POV:

I walked away from their dorm. It sucks sometimes, having obnoxious dorm neighbors. It really annoys me.
