They took me in the ambulance. "Can I ride with her" he asked. "Yes" they replied. He just sat there and grabbed my hand to interlock fingers. "Everything is gonna be alright. I promise" he said starting to cry.
*later at the hospital*
Jeffrey ran into my room and hugged my tight. His mom followed him and she had his guitar. "Can I sit or lay down beside you" he asked with his head down. "I don't see why not" I said giggling. He then layed next to me and kissed me on the cheek. "Have you found out what happened?" His mother said. "Yeah, when I fell I hit my head and it caused me to pass out. But I'm okay. I have a severe head ache but I think I'll be alright" I said. "You two look so cute" his mom said softly thinking that we wouldn't hear her. "Thanks you" we both said at the same time. "Jinks, double jinks." And before he could say triple jinks I kissed him. His eyes got bright as if he wondered what just happened.
