*at the mall*
We only walked around and went in a few stores. I got tired so Jeffrey decided to put me on his back. I jumped on his back and rested my head on his shoulder. We totally forgot about school. I texted my mom and asked her if we could stay home and she said "yeah that's fine. I mean it is your birthday." We stayed at the mall for like 45 more minutes and then we walked home side by side and hand in hand.
*at home*
Jeffrey forgot to text him mom so he decided to text her then. "Uhhh mom, we went to the mall and forgot that we had school so can I skip school today? Kylie's mom said she could and I wanted to stay with her."
"Yeah that's fine. You have to make up your work." She said. "We will" he replied.
