The Arrangement

Chan scrunched up his face before opening his eyes to see and settle his mind about his surroundings. He heard his phone ringing maybe the reason he was disturbed from his sleep. He tried reaching for his phone with his right hand but couldn't. He looked down to see that his right hand was intertwined with Hyunjin's hand who was sleeping peacefully. He realized that his half body was lying on the top of the younger and his neck ache proved that he fell asleep while watching the younger. His phone stopped ringing and he sighed while looking at his wrist watch. It was 3 PM and they were definitely late for lunch.

He heard a knock on the room's door.
"Come in." He said and cursed remembering that the door was locked. He stood up, slowly untangling his fingers from the younger and walked towards the door to open it. His eyes came to contact with the envelope and he ran towards it before keeping it back in Hyunjin's desk to hide it.

Chan sighed feeling a bit sleepy and opened the door.
"What took you long?" His friend's voice almost startled him.
"Everybody is super angry. You both are not picking up your phones, everybody has been waiting for you both for around half an hour at the table. Not to forget, your door was locked." Minhyuk almost yelled.
"I am sorry. We slept. Is everybody really angry?" Chan said rubbing his eyes.
"You guess." Minhyuk scoffed.

"When did you arrive here?"
"Dad asked me to drop some documents here, so I came here. But Mrs. Hwang stopped me for lunch." Minhyuk explained.
"Trust me, you don't wanna waste time here. Everybody is waiting." He added.
"I guess I should go down first, I'll explain everyone. Hyunjin's been having a rough day, I don't want him to get scolded. I will go first. Can you please wake him up and come down?" Chan said looking at the sleeping boy with sad eyes.
"Sure." Minhyuk smiled.

Chan patted his back and almost ran downstairs to apologize to everyone. Minhyuk slowly walked into the room, staring at the sleeping boy with not so 'innocent' eyes. He sat down beside him and his hand caressed younger's cheek.
"Having a rough day, are we?" He said and roughly grabbed Hyunjin's jaw before tightening his grip to hurt the younger.

Hyunjin gasped and opened his eyes at the sudden movement. His eyes searched for Chan but he wasn't there, instead his eyes landed on the one person he loathed the most. His tearful and red eyes made contact with Minhyuk's scary ones.

"Cha-Chan-" Hyunjin whimpered when the other yanked him up from his sleeping position with just his jaw.
"He is downstairs for lunch. We have to go there as well." He informed while his other hand travelled under the blanket. Hyunjin almost cried when he felt Minhyuk groped his crotch roughly in a painful manner. The younger looked at him in pain.

"Please. Don't so this." He begged the older.
"We don't have the time to. Get up. Let's go." Minhyuk gritted through his teeth. He pulled Hyunjin's to make him stand up hair and the younger let out a cry in pain. Hyunjin's hands quickly grabbed the older's wrists to make him let go

"Be quick. We don't have the whole day. Everybody's waiting." He said and dragged Hyunjin harshly out of the room, not even letting the younger wear his slippers.

Hyunjin almost tripped when the older pulled on too harshly, making Minhyuk hiss at his clumsiness. He let hyunjin go on top of the stairs before looking down at him.
"Remember what happens when you tell anyone." Minhyuk warned him and made his way towards the dining table. Hyunjin slowly followed him.
'Chan said he'll stay' He thought and started feeling heavier than he already was. However, he still kept on walking just like every day.

"Hyunjin-ah! Why are you walking around barefoot?" Hyunjin's dad pointed out when he saw his son entering the room. Hyunjin didn't even realize he was there until his dad's voice interrupted his thoughts.
"I was in a hurry. I am sorry." He said and bowed.
"It's not a big deal. Look at him, he looks so good even in his casual clothes." Mrs. Bang complimented him. Hyunjin blushed and said a 'Thank you' before walking to the table.
