"Do you need anything else?" Chan leaned on the car door to look at Hyunjin who was sitting in the passenger seat. The said boy shook his head, not even glancing at the older.
"Okay, you stay here. I have to make sure that our luggage is loaded. I'll be back in a few." Chan said closing the car door and running off to take care of the luggage.

Hyunjin just stared out of the car window, thinking about everything that has happened. He hasn't talked to his parents since yesterday morning when the incident took place. Hyunjin had wanted to talk to his parents about it but didn't have the courage to after what happened. All of his insecurities of not being the perfect son to his parents came raining down on him which lead him to not even looking at his parents. Not that his husband would let him do that anyway.

Chan had done his best to make sure that none of the elders were able to approach his husband. He knew how scared Hyunjin was after his father hit him, even when it wasn't his fault. The older himself felt scared as his husband hasn't spoken much after that incident. He felt that keeping Hyunjin away from everyone for a while would do him good.

They had to check out from the hotel today and Chan made sure that the elders were not able see Hyunjin today as well. He wasn't expecting an apology from their side. He just wanted them to understand and support them, nothing else. He didn't want Hyunjin to get hurt again and that's why he made him sit in the car that he parked near the exit road of the hotel, so that nobody will find him.

Hyunjin sighed and sat crisscrossed on the car seat before pulling the blue blanket around him tighter. He was wearing a grey colored full sleeved sweater with turtle neck and blue jeans. It was pretty casual but Hyunjin still looked beautiful and dazzling in it.
He jerked a little when he heard the car door on the driver's seat open but relaxed instantly when he saw that it was his husband who entered.

"I took care of the luggage." Chan said and started to put on his seatbelt. The younger didn't reply anything and kept staring out of the window.
"Why are you not wearing your seatbelt?" Chan said leaning over the other side to help Hyunjin put on his seatbelt before ruffling his hair gently to soothe him a little. But the younger still kept quiet and continued looking out of the window, not even glancing at Chan for a second.

Hyunjin knew it wasn't Chan's fault and he should talk to him, but he couldn't help himself to do that. It was all just mess in his mind. He wanted to talk to Chan. He wanted to thank him for everything he has done from pulling him out of the room after the incident to cuddling him to sleep last night. To his bad luck, he just can't find the right mindset to talk to anyone.

"Don't worry, I am not taking you home." Chan said starting the engine. Hyunjin finally turned his head to look at him. His eyes were full of confusion but there still was a hint of relief in them that Chan caught on quickly.
"I know you don't want to see anyone right now. But I haven't figured out where to go though. Do you have anything in mind?" Chan asked, pouting a little. This has never happened before. Chan likes to pre plan everything from his office schedule to his travel schedule, this boy has everything organized. Hence, he felt a little bad knowing that he did not have anything in mind this time.

Hyunjin felt a little pang in his heart. He felt bad for ignoring the older all this time when he has done nothing but care for him. The younger stared at him with glossy eyes as the older let out a sweet smile. Hyunjin felt even worse realizing that even after he ignored the older for almost a day, the other was still smiling at him. Hence, He decided to speak.
