Chan could easily sense how much Hyunjin's body was shaking when he kept his hand on the other's shoulder. A very wrong move from his side as the younger was afraid of everyone. Everyone. It was heart-breaking to see Hyunjin in such state but it couldn't be helped.
"P-Please...no." Hyunjin whimpered when Chan neared more. The elder had switched on the lights, much to Hyunjin's dismay who wanted to stay in the dark.

"Hyunjin-ah." Chan whispered before he sat beside his husband who curled himself even more against the headboard, his hands clutching the edges, making his knuckled turn white from the hard grip.
"D-d-on't...come...near." Hyunjins voice was almost inaudible. The boy has grown way weaker than before. Hyunjin was all covered with his loose clothes but Chan was able to feel his sharp shoulder bones peeking out from under his hoodie as soon as he touched the boy.

"Hyung is here." Chan mumbled in his deep voice. Hyunjin bit his lower lip hard and his eyes were scrunched closed with fear. His expressions were all covered up by the cap of his hoodie that was hiding his face from Chan.

"Hyunjin, I know what they did to you but it is over now." Chan tried to speak but Hyunjin only started to shake more with fear. Warm teardrops ran down Hyunjin's cheeks when he felt Chan coming closer. He didn't want anyone near him. He was afraid of being hurt. Being touched. He didn't want to go through it again.

The younger boy let out a soft sob and pulled himself away from his husband.
"Hyunjin, we both know that it was the only way." Chan said, his eyes turning watery after hearing his love let out a whimper.
"Hyunjin. Please...I am sorry. Please, talk to me." Chan continued, moving down to kneel in front of the said boy who was shaking with sobs.

"We have gotten out of this before. We can do it again." Chan's words went through his mind but Hyunjin was having none of it. How could he trust someone who left him to be sold?
"G-go away!" Hyunjin whimpered again, his knuckles turning whiter if possible.

"No. I have stayed away enough." Chan responded.
"Baby, please. I am here now. It's all over. I am so sorry for what I did." Chan added. He said a lot of things after that but it was all null to Hyunjin. He just wanted to be alone. He did not want any explanations from anyone. Nothing can help him anymore.

Hyunjin almost screamed when Chan touched his thigh. He didn't want to be touched at all. He was afraid. Whenever someone touches him, he feels as if his skin is going to burn. His insides would scream at him to go and hide in a corner where no one can see him.

Everything was blur for Hyunjin. Chan's apologies, his excuses, his sayings. It didn't matter to Hyunjin. No explanation or reason was worth for what he went through. Nothing could match that and it wasn't fair to him. None of the things that Chan said will remove the pain and sufferings that filled his mind. They won't remove the horrible memories that never leave his mind.

"Please leave!" Hyunjin cried out. It was already hard to him to block out the bad thoughts that pushes him to the edge where he wants to kill himself. Chan's presence was just making it harder for him.
"I am sorry, Hyunjin." Tears escaped Chan's eyes.
"Leave!"
"Hyunjin-"
"No!" Hyunjin screamed again as memories started to flood in his mind. Chan leaving him, men touching him, everything just became messier for him. He was trying so hard to hold himself together but Chan was just ruining it all for him.
