[Y/N's] POV -

We had been looking for the monster for a long time.

We were still on the first book, but the pages were packed...

'Nargacuga!' Emily shouted

'Hm?' I said.

'The Monster is a Nargacuga!' She said.

'I've heard stories about that in the Old World.' I replied.

It was apparently a sight to be seen...I've never seen one.

Maybe now's my chance.

'Are you gonna take the quest?' Emily asked, shutting the book.

'I might do. You can't turn the Admiral down.'

'Still...it's a Nargacuga! The first in the New World!'

'Like the Tigrex?' I said.

'Umm. Yeah.' She replied, crossing her legs.

I laughed and walked over to her, sitting down and letting her rest her head on my shoulder.

'Em?' I asked.

'Yeah?' She replied.

'Is it just me who finds the new monsters appearing...weird?'

'Now that you mention it...it is quite strange that so many new monsters are just showing up from out of nowhere.' She said.

'Hmm. I mean we've got a Tigrex and Nargacuga...what's next?' I said, grabbing the book and opening a random page.

'A...Br-Brach.' I stammered.

'A Brachydios.' Emily said.

'Yeah...that.'

We both giggled.

'I'm not sure about the new monsters though. Maybe...you can ask Anthony? Or the Admiral, he's probably seen a lot.' Emily said.

'Ehh...I'll do it later.' I replied.

We both sat cuddled together.

I'll need to find out what's causing the new monsters to show up.

I looked over to my right and saw [P/N's] empty seat.

'Oh yeah...I forgot about [P/N].' I said.

Emily smiled at me.

Anthony's POV -

'Okay? What does that mean?' I asked.

'A monster has really disrupted the food chain. That's why the new monsters are appearing.' The Commander said.

Myself, The Huntsman, The Admiral and The Commander were all discussing the new monster appearances.

'Where did it originate from?' The Huntsman asked.

'We think it's the Rotten Vale...but the reports are unconfirmed.' The Commander Said.

'I'm not too sure about that...' I said.

'Why?' The Huntsman questioned.

'None of the new monsters were spotted in the Vale. It was the WildSpire Waste and the Ancient Forest.' I answered.

'Good Point Kid. I think we should wait to see who else peaks their ugly heads out.' The Admiral said, cockily.

'That sounds like your dream.' I joked.

'It is!' He replied, laughing.

'Okay. If you spot ANYTHING, you report it.' The Commander said.
